Away for Thanksgiving weekend and my daughter comes down with the flu. The entire registration, nursing, and doctor staff were AMAZING! They were compassionate, thorough, and very friendly (something a NYer doesn’t see often). This was well worth our one hour drive on thanksgiving day. Highly recommended!!

I’m from NY and went to visit my mom who lives in Allentown. During our visit my daughter developed a high fever, the shakes, and was breathing heavy. We took her here and from start to finish the level of Care was outstanding. Check-in was smooth and no wait at all and got a room right away which is something I am not used to coming from New York. Most emergency rooms in New York have hour long waits. They were so good to my daughter and made her feel so comfortable, she is two years old and cooperated with them so well because they were amazing. They constantly checked in on her Which eased my anxiety. I would give them 100 stars. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!

My grandson was admitted for a digestive issue, we came in from NC to spend time with him for a couple of days. The level of care he received was off the chart. Every person who entered his room was helpful, welcoming and attentive. Thank you ro everyone and the nurses rock.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! My newborn babies were seen here for diarrhea and night sweats lasting over 2 weeks. They were seen by Dr. Joshua Rice who completely disregarded everything, ran no test and said give them Pedialyte. After getting a second opinion my kids tested positive for a highly contagious bacterial infection called C. diff, Norovirus and also a heart murmur and need to be seen by several specialists. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Fast, knowledgeable, empathetic staff from check in to the end of our visit. I almost want to keep this children’s hospital a secret but it wouldn’t be right. If your in this area and your children are not well do them a favor and bring them the Reilly center.
