What Parents Say
Learning Ladder has mixed reviews with stark contrasts. Two parents praise the staff as wonderful, professional, and organized with happy children. However, four parents report serious concerns including inappropriate health screening practices, inability to accommodate special needs despite advertising it, multiple unexplained injuries, inadequate supervision, and poor communication.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!!They are falsely advertising that they can work with kids with special needs or disabilities when they are highly unable to do so. They will call you four times a week to go pick up your kid while you're working and lack proper training to take care of children. One time they sent my baby home with HIS ELBOW PULLED OUT OF PLACE AND THEY NEVER Gave me an explanation on what happened to my son that day. Then recently the manager, Diana told me “she doesn’t know he’s autistic” when She’s talked to his therapist before multiple times. I made the Mistake of bringing my son here DON’T DO THE SAME !!!! FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER !!!!!
We love these wonderful ladies so much. Your kids will be in amazing hands and they will learn a ton. They are very organized and structured. Our kids love them
This day care showed such great potential but after a month of attending this daycare my toddler started getting sent home twice a week for symptoms that immediately stopped after pickup or doctors found no evidence of. This daycare even reported me to CYFD because of the imaginary symptoms the teachers have made up even though every time my children are set home the daycare received a doctor's note within 24 hours stating that they are both healthy or non contagious. The teachers are okay forming small non-invasive medical procedures on toddlers even though none of their teachers hold any medical training outside of a CPR certification. 100% not a safe daycare.
I thought this was a good daycare. It was at first then my son was repeating getting hurt. He start in middle of April. I pulled him out in September. Due to so many accidents. The 4th one the last straw.. Before you pick a daycare that make sure your kids are going to be safe.. My son didn't deserve to be neglected and lucky falling off the big kid slide he got a mark on his face and didn't back his neck. But due to that fall my son end up with a head conscious. Lucky no inside bleeding. Who leaves the kids outside I understand there other kids that need things to but don't leave the kids outside while you take other kids to the bathroom. Communities lack there . Should called other teacher to release you so someone could be outside to watch the others kids. Trying to figure out the story there was 3 different story of what happened. Until I got the trust of what really happened!!! All I have to say I before where you leave your kids at. All my years with a daycare I never had my children get hurt as many times as my son did. The lack of communication there and the teacher watching the kids it not worth it so they can get paid. My children life matter more then a paycheck.. Beware and be careful please... Good luck..
The best place I ever had for my baby , very professional staff, friendly service, best environment and kids are very happy there. I love it and I’ll recommend 💯
