I do not recommend this daycare! On the second day I picked up my son from here I encountered two situations that made me uneasy and uncomfortable. I saw a little toddler boy sitting on a chair at a table by himself crying (I thought he must be having a rough morning and taking a breather), he was not throwing or hitting anything , just crying, when the director - Valerie came out of her office screaming and aggressively grabbed him off the chair and into her office. She was telling him “alright that’s ENOUGH! “ in front of everyone and from her office I could hear her say “if you don’t stop I am going to call your mom to come pick you up !!” I was confused because all this child was doing was crying . He was not hitting , throwing anything or throwing himself on the ground. I am not sure what happened prior to this that caused him to be upset , but nonetheless Her aggression towards him was unacceptable. I was shocked and didn’t know how to react. He was just a little 2/3 year old! As soon as she walked away, a little girl must have been around 1 year old got on top of the table and a teacher from across the room yelled at her to get down , ran to her & also aggressively grabbed her off the table! I believe Valerie (the director) has created an environment where everyone must feel comfortable being rough/aggressive with the children. There was a few girls I met during the week my son attended that seemed better with the kids , but from what I saw most carried the same attitude as the director. I didn’t know what to do and was very shocked . I went home that day feeling really bad for the kids. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my son the following day . Since I have to work , I took him back two days later. On a Monday that I picked him up they told me he had a rough day. My son is nonverbal , but he communicates in other ways such as pointing and saying one or two words. When I asked him what happened, he pointed to his sides near his ribs and said “ouchie”. If they felt comfortable doing all this in front of me I can’t imagine what happens when no one is present. I don’t know if they grabbed him roughly but he definitely was telling me he was hurt. I made sure he had no marks , but I did report them ! I also emailed the regional manager and have not heard back. I hope this helps parents currently taking their children here and those looking for care . It’s hard leaving our littles and we should feel confident they are being treated with respect !

Not the greatest place. You would think with an open curriculum there would be some learning happening unfortunately it's more like glorified babysitting but in separate rooms but not really. None of the teacher including the director know what's going on. I have a degree to be a teacher and I can run a preschool better than this train wreck. If I could give a half start I would. Not to mention they treat staff like garbage. Not worth the pay to work at a place like that. They need a whole new better staff and frankly better location the break room and infant toddler room are all one basically like how does that make sense
