I do not have any babies here but I thought I might leave this for any future parents who are considering their center. I was driving and I saw 5 babies out on the sidewalk today with no supervision. There was 3 crawlers and 2 little ones about 19 months or two years old who can walk. I had to park my car and get the babies. The two ladies had no idea those children were outside. They claim that one of the two years old might had open the door. I was just sad at that point for those babies. They try to make it much safer by putting a crib in front of the door to prevent the babies from walking out again, but I just thought parents should know. There is no real security for those children.

My overall experience at The Learning Garden has been wonderful. The staff are friendly, courteous, and honest. My favorite experiences were the weekly crafts my infant son brought home; I wil treasure them for life! The health and safety of all the enrolled children come first; they keep parents informed of everything from new everyday standards, seasonal health concerns and symptoms to look for, activities, individual care, and so on. They may seem occasionally uptight in regards to the health of your children, yet they are more about taking extra precaution because of the current times as well as the health and safety risks of the children as well as themselves as the caretakers of all the children there. That dedication should be highly valued and respected, a gold star as far as quality of service goes. I highly recommend this quality care to anyone seeking affordable daycare services.

I don't recommend this place. Daycare front door is always unlock and the front is unattended anyone can go to the classrooms before there notice. Evening front desk staff is absolutely disrespectful and rude. Infant teachers don't provide you with an activity log for your child. If your infant gets dirty they leave them without changing them. My infant attend 6 days and everyday was without socks feet were cold and color black from dirt. It made me questioned if they actually had the infant room clean. My daughter's face had dry gerber and food 4 days out of the 6 days she attended, when I picked her up. I understand children get dirty but at least wipe them for when parents pick them up to be descent looking. She also had bruises on her butt and legs I want to imagine they probably occurred because they don't have carpet in the infant room and she's learning to walk and she would fall. Although I never seen it happened before at home or other daycares or places that did not have carpets in the floors. The whole experience was very disappointing.

I don't personally have kids in this daycare, however I was driving behind one of their vans and the driver was going excessively fast! We were on a 35 MPH zone and they were going around 50 MPH. I tried calling the number on the van, and it just sounded busy or disconnected. Someone needs to address this matter asap as there were kids inside the vehicle at the time.

Both my sons attend this daycare and I have no complaints. The owner is very nice. The only thing is the staff turnover but that is normal even in the well established daycares.
