My daughter loves coming to school here at Shine!!!! The staff and owners are more than amazing and trustworthy! It’s affordable & the learning environment is excellent!!! The teachers are actually teaching and hands on with the students !!!! It’s EXTREMELY CLEANNNNN & ORGANIZED!!! I would definitely recommend sending your child or children here

it's a half star FYI I really thought me & my kids would love this daycare 1st time my son was pushed by a bigger boy on a brick wall injurie his hand minor not big no incident report was given but owner Ms. Moore told me this wouldn't happen again, 2nd time May 2024 a bigger girl asked my son can he fight and then pushed him into mulch my son injurie his hand and had a open wound that he needed to go to the ER for so it wouldn't get infected instead of the owner doing a investigation and speaking with the other child and parent which is all I wanted because kids are kids but we have to teach them right from wrong she lied and act as if it was a simple accident my older son his bother seen what happened and my son King told the owner what happened in front of me and two other teachers the owner said my child was forced to say this and was lying we went home because I was upset at this point I did raise my voice never did I curse, threat, or disrespected anyone and when I left no kids was crying or scared we all was talking at the front with no issues when I made it home I called and asked for a incident report to be written for the 1st & this new incident because this makes the second time she refused the 1st report stating she didn't have to use a 1st aid kit so she don't need to do one but she will give me the second one but going forward she can't watch my kids anymore I just feel it's wrong how my kid felt unsafe and bullied now for the second time with a major injury I have 4 boys that has been to 3 other daycares and myself or them have never experience anything like this the way the owner and staff made my son feel like he didn't matter I would not want and parent or child to feel this way you can send your kids to this daycare but I would never recommend it the owner could have done a investigating but instead she sided to cover herself & her staff own end of neglect instead of looking out for the child best interest just warning all parents Please lets keep all our kids safe BIG OR LITTLE and also hold them accountable so they can learn moving forward -Renee
