I have been around to a decent amount of daycares and I have learned that daycares are about who watches the children and their attitudes towards their job and the children. I can name daycares that were bad. A lot of owners disguise their character with niceness and when you bring your kids in next thing you know they're changing and showing who they really are as though they pay you to bring your children. But this place right here is mature the teachers are mature not young (however they do have a few young ones that do a great job with my 2-year-old) and appear to be experienced they are respectful happy to be taken care of your child. I've popped up at times just to see what I can about my children and every time they are doing their job taking good care of my 2 and 3-year-old and if I do have a concern they have listened. One time I put my sons in the car his diaper was around his ankle... I brought Marie out to my car to see ...bottom line....they fired the worker immediately! This place is about the parents not protecting workers who are family members to the owners in which the owners are for the workers and not the parents and children. When I brought my son's here they would cry at first now they wave goodbye to me when I leave... If someone mistreats my three-year-old he lets me know he will turn up the minute I pull up to the daycare so if my sons loves it... I definitely love it. I even observed the ladies who handle the babies... everything is in order peaceful in this daycare. As for Marie and The Owner (who is there Everyday hands-on) I never see their personality or politeness change... they are consistent in their characters. If you want respectful people trying to do their best with your child everyday being nice and courteous to you about your children I recommend here... I'm even allowed to prepare my sons food because they are vegetarians.... I appreciate having the opportunity to feed my children myself... The owner and Miss Marie go out their way to try to accommodate and help 👍
If I could I would've given 0 stars. My grandchild went to this daycare and came home with initially a few scratches dismissed as "a disagreement over a toy" with another child. Then there were scratches and bruises to her face that were bad and some are permanent scars. She is too young to explain what happened. My grand child was immediately withdrawn. All the owner and staff would say is that they had a three strikes rule and that the child didn't hit 3 strikes. They also gave the kids will be kids speech. They only care about vouchers and money. Very poor monitoring and protecting of the children. Even worse accountability for injuries to your child. All they would say was that my grand child was a great kid🙄
I have three kids there. They are doing so good with learning and development. The teachers are amazing. They take good care of my babies, and they are so patient with them. I also have a good relationship with the owner, Miss Divya, and the director, Miss Marie. I really recommend you to enroll your children there.
My son has been going to learn n grow for 8 years. Without this daycare i wouldn't know what to do. Divya treats the kids like they are her own,she makes sure that each child has plenty of toys to play with and especially the playground. She added so many new activities for them outside. My son loves being there while he's on his breaks from school. I have been a parent bringing my son there for 8 years and now I work there and I wouldn't change it.divya has changed a lot in the daycare over the years to make it the nicest and cleanest daycare. I would recommend this day care it's the best daycare there is in parma heights. This is a home away from home 😊 for my son.
My experience with this childcare facility has not been too bad. They work with me when I'm a little late dropping him off. I just want them to incorporate a schedule that parents can be aware of throughout the day. When our kids eat, when they took a nap, bathroom breaks, and behaviors/moods that can be logged . I will also say my son comes back home with a strange diaper smell but when I check him, he's clean. Could just be him around other kids, but I think the center should be more aware of smells in the toddler classroom. Other than that, my son does not have any negative reactions going to school in the morning. Maybe not a permanent place for him, but good for now.
