I see both Dr Siles and Dr Fitzpatrick at this location. Both are wonderful doctors who listen and don't ever rush patients. I highly recommend both.
Scheduled an appointment for knuckle pain that has been consistent for more than two months. Venniever Del Rosario was who I saw and she single handedly pushed me to find a new doctors office. She was very dismissive, rolled her eyes and had such a bad attitude and was so rude! She said, "We'll do some blood work to see if there's really inflammation" and "Yeah. I don't see any swelling or anything" as if I was lying about my pain or something. She then proceeded to go back in my medical history to 2023 to say I was seen for shoulder pain and that they didn't find anything, still trying to imply that I was lying. I honestly can't believe how rude and dismissive she was. I WILL NOT be going back to this office thanks to this lady.
One of my worst days was followed up with the worst most compassionat-lacking experience of my life. As a single mother just trying to make things work, every single thing that could’ve put me behind did so today. I got to this place 10 min late for my sons appointment AND I called ahead to let them know. And they refused to see us. Even though I informed them that I’ll be moving out of state in the next two weeks and that this appointment was very important and that I was trying to make medical appointments work with a m-f 9-6 job in law enforcement (inside a jail where I don’t have access to my phone so I couldn’t even research offices or schedule appointments). Just zero empathy in addition to being intolerant of 10 minutes late even when I called ahead. Horrible business practice.
Such a horrible experience . Lack of compassion, the doctor replies to my chart msgs a month after and when i show up late he refuses to get me in although it is his last day as this location. Really bad customer service and zero care!
