as we end the last few days of summer and Bailey's last few days of daycare I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Leaps and Bounds Learning & Development Center. For the past few years that Bailey has been attending here I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to thrive and grow into her own tiny person. A few years ago Bailey and our family endured something no child or parent should have to ever encounter at the hands of a previous childcare center. To say once it was time to enroll her back into a daycare we were beyond hesitant and quite frankly super protective. After extensive googling and research we landed upon Leaps and Bounds. The staff there were welcoming and always accommodating for us and her and over the past few years have ended up becoming her family away from home while we worked. As we wrap up her final days there it's beyond bittersweet to know that they treated my daughter as one of their own kids. It means the absolute world to me and I truly could not recommend this center or the amazing teachers more. Leaps and Bounds will always hold a special place in my heart as they not only helped Bailey and our family heal from her injury but showed us that it was okay to trust other people with her again. If you are looking for a center for your kid, go do the tour I promise you won't regret it.

Both my son & daughter have gone to Leaps & Bounds for the past two years. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving to a different part of Charleston and it’s too far of a commute. I highly recommend this childcare center and we have absolutely loved having our kids here. Ms. Lexi, Ms. Suzy, Ms. Tina, Ms.Sandy, Ms. Anna, Ms. Sissy are a few of the teachers that have made our kids feel loved & well cared for. Thank you Leaps & Bounds for everything - we’ll miss you ❤️❤️

We’ve been with Leaps and Bounds for the last 3 years. The staff is very involved, great with communication, and love and care for the children in their care like their own. The facility is clean, they serve hot breakfasts and lunches, and kids artwork is hung up all through the building. They recently began using an app for all communications and payments can be set up with autopay through the app. They send lots of pictures and updates through the app. They have different themes they learn about each week and they do lots of crafts and learning activities. When we checked in in the morning, all of the staff greeted us with a smile, and on our way out in the evenings they always said goodbye and told my kids they loved them. We recently said goodbye for good as my youngest will be starting school in the fall, and if I ever had any doubt about the way the staff cared for and loved my babies, it was clear over the last week. My youngest son’s teacher, Ms. Lexie celebrated his last day with the class with cupcakes and a dance party. As we were leaving, the director and assistant director both stopped what they were doing to come tell my son goodbye and give hugs and take pictures with him. I am so grateful for our time at Leaps and Bounds. I’m grateful that my children were loved and cared for, they learned so much, and I never had to wonder if they were safe and happy. I will highly recommend and praise this facility to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy childcare facility.

Our daughter has been attending Leaps and Bounds since she was just 3 months old, and now at almost 16 months, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff and management have been incredible every step of the way. Ms. Kristina, the director, is absolutely wonderful! The teachers truly care for our little one as if she were their own, and that love and dedication shine through in every interaction. We’re especially grateful for Ms. Suzy, Ms. Lexie, Ms. Brooke, Ms. Christina, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Kelsie, Ms. Anaya, and Ms. Kayley—just to name a few—who have all gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter feels safe, supported, and deeply cared for. As any parent knows, it’s never easy to leave your child in someone else’s care, but the team at Leaps and Bounds consistently puts our hearts at ease. We also love the app they use—it keeps us updated throughout the day with notes, pictures, and important details, which is incredibly reassuring. We highly recommend Leaps and Bounds to any family looking for a nurturing and dependable childcare environment.

Our children were at the establishment for almost two years and it was a great experience for them and mom & dad. We will miss the staff and have to give extra kudos to Miss. Sandy who set our son up for success going into Kindergarten.
