Leap Into Learning

I want to start by saying this daycare is not the best at Ms.Pam the manager said out her mouth she does not like kids at all especially little ones. Unbelievable the fact that every single time I pick up my child she has dryed up snot all over her face and dirty hands, majority or the time my child is soiled and clothes need to be changed from neglect throughout the day. Oh and they give your children items away to other families shoes, jackets and diapers yet they don’t replace the items nor do they have an excuse. The teachers there are not very friendly to the kids there I have heard them talking badly to the kids there and it’s not cool at all. My child has caught hand mouth and foot disease here that further lets me know it’s not sanitary there. If every one leaves exactly at 6pm who stays to clean??? This place literally will have you sign urban league for days your kids did not attend then will not allow your kid to come on a day your not approved , CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY. Also this business says mon-sat. If you bring your kid on a Saturday you will be rejected rather you have work or not even if urban league approves you for Saturday they will say you have to reserve Saturday prior, this place is a mess and understaff and a lot of favoritism to cuter kids and the staff kids if you. It in those two categories consider your kids neglected I can go on and on . This place needs a lot of help better staff that are more attentive and not always scrolling on there phones . I’m going to say this if your working here and your passion is not truly with kids then you need to move on because neglecting children and not giving your best is wrong parents are trusting you and paying way to much for you all to treat there precious babies poorly. DO BETTER LEAP INTO LEARNING MANAGEMENT GET ON YOUR STAFF STOP PLAYING BLIND AND KEEP THE KIDS HYDRATED INSTEAD OF LETTING THEM BE THIRSTY SO THERES LESS DIAPERS TO CHANGE!!!! I see and hear and I’m watching do BETTER

Absolutely love this daycare! I have taken all 5 of my grandchildren for years and they all love going! The teachers are amazing! They genuinely care for the kiddos and make sure they get what they need. They are all friendly and make both kids and parents feel comfortable! They communicate really well when informing of important things or situations. I trust them all very much!

My kiddo who has a speech delay went here for many years. The staff really took their time to understand him and the way he communicated with others. They made sure he was safe and never left out. He always came home with a smile on his face. I didn’t like not being able to go “check out” the classroom but felt much better knowing there’s a camera in every room. They have a giant screen in the lobby where you can see each room. Leap Into Learning will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We still talk to some of the staff as they became family to us!

I loooove this early learning center. They were the best for our son from 6 weeks to 3 years old, the only reason we left is because we moved . The owner is outstanding and always available. As a parent it is tough to trust your children with other people, but let me tell you Jamie the owner does not hire just anyone. The staff was always amazing, they focus on teaching not just watching your kids.

The best decision I ever made was to put my two kids in Leap Into Learning. The teachers are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely love it there. If you are considering taking your kids here, I highly recommend!!!
