Le Jardin Desenfants

We enrolled our daughter at the beginning of January and immediately felt the love and care from Teacher Diane, Axelle and Nathalie. They were not only so welcoming, they went beyond to make our daughter feel welcomed since she was joining half way through the semester. She made lots of friends and learned how to open up. It's been a great experience so far.

I am so happy to have found Le Jardin des Enfants the teachers, Diane and Axelle are the sweetest and most nurturing teachers I have ever come across. Their patience and love for children is seen in the many ways they interact with their students. It is my daughters second year, I can say I am surprised at how well she has caught on French. She sings and knows so many songs all thanks to the incredible teachers.I love receiving daily updates on my daughters activities. Teacher Diane also provides weekly updates with information of all they learned along with pictures. It feels good to know my daughter is happy, safe and comfortable in her school. I leave her feeling secure and at ease knowing she is in good hands. If your looking for a great school with fantastic teachers, hoping for your child to learn or improve their French language look no further this is the place.

We have been part of the magical Jardin des Enfants community for the past 1.5 years. This is the best kept secret in DTLA - a secret that should be shared with other families who are looking for a close-knit, nurturing and playful environment. Teacher Axelle and Teacher Nathalie are both phenomenal, super creative and a bright light for the children. Our daughter looks forward to going to school everyday and has created such beautiful friendships. The bilingual, multi-cultural and fascinating mix of families also add such a richness to the children's growth. The parents are so passionate and truly care - volunteering in the classroom by celebrating different cultural holidays, sharing expertise in unique skills and being hands-on in every way possible. We feel honored to have found this preschool, it is a true gem!

Le jardin was an amazing experience for my son. The teachers are excellent and nurturing, it's a calm and welcoming environment and the French language teaching is fantastic--the kids learn so much through songs and dancing, free play as well as structured activities. A compassionate and caring environment and a wonderful introduction to a new language.

We love Le Jardin des Enfants (JDE)! We started with JDE because of the French language component and stay because of the fabulous teachers! Teacher Axelle is patient, nurturing and really connects with the kids. Simply put, Teacher Axelle is amazing!! And, I would be remiss not to share that Diane and Teacher Nathalie are equally great! We speak French at home and are thrilled that our little one has improved his French and English at JDE. JDE has everything that we were looking for: amazing teachers, small class size, French language component and a close knit community. And our kiddo loves it here too!
