The teachers seem to really care about each child, and the special fun they organize (Jungle Bob, water days etc) is priceless. We always know our child had fun and is learning so much, we can se it in her vocabulary and things she notices on the daily.
I was so nervous to send my child to daycare but the nest has made it amazing. They feel like an extension of family. I love her teachers, the director, assistant director, and all supporting staff. Highly recommend!!
URGENT!!! PARENTS PLEASE READ I would be careful sending your children to this place there was an incident where a 3 year old boy pulled a 3 year old girls pants down and touched her private parts!!!! They have it on camera but when asked to see it and asked for an explanation they said they deleted the footage. They are doing absolutely nothing too resolve the issue and address both parents. So we took it upon ourselves too go file a police report against the boy and the parents today. Also we will be filing a lawsuit against the parents and the daycare facility. There acting like it’s no big deal and are saying they will put them in separate rooms! Like no!! That boy needs too be taken out of that daycare completely and the parents need too be investigated because no 3 year old boy should be doing that EVER!! He is learning that behavior from someone obviously! Everyone that was working during the incident and management should not be trusted to take care of children and watch them when stuff like this is going on especially when they know about it and are doing absolutely nothing about it and also deleting the camera footage?! I promise I will do everything in my power too bring this too the light and get justice for our lil girl because this is so wrong on so many levels and everybody involved should be very ashamed of themselves. You had the opportunity to take care of this and report it but you choose not too so trust me I will get this resolved and I will make sure this never happens again too our lil girl and any other girls that attend this daycare because if it’s happening too one I can almost guarantee it’s happening too others. Also I will be naming names of everyone involved!! For some reason, I cannot make another review so because of that I will just add on to this one and reply of what you replied to and by you, I mean the owner of the nest so the girl that was involved with the incident that I’m talking about is not my biological daughter, but she is a girl that I look at her and take care of so please don’t say that this incident did not happen because it did and you know it did all I want is that something is done about this and we can come to a resolution and find a solution And from what I’ve been told there has been multiple people fired already and or quit so I do see you guys are trying to do something about this and I appreciate that And as long as everything is taken care of and addressed properly and professionally, I will revise my review. We loved the Nest Rocky River! Our son was joyful there and all of his teachers had a true 1:1 connection with him. They fostered education and friendship, we're extremely communicative and detailed, and had the cutest art, science, and music projects! We only left because we moved, but our child still talks about his teachers there. Added perk, they are a little bit less expensive than other schools, include lunch in tuition, and offered a diaper credit while we were there. We switched to a different Nest location nearer our new home, and that does not seem to be universal in the chain. Additionally the second location did not have the robust morning and afternoon programming, personal touch, and strong professional values. I would recommend the Nest in Rocky River to any friend or family member!
