If you are looking for reliable childcare this is the place. I was looking for a place that had transportation, educational and beneficial curriculum, and caring teachers! This is the place plus staff is bilingual, one of the staff members have been teaching my sons Spanish. This place provides a safe and enriching environment.

Eek I wouldn’t recommend a bird to this place. Honesty I can’t say how they are with children but the though what I seen pulling up into the chiropractor office was disturbing enough. Lady worker in stretch pants dirty smoking a cigarette. How is this even ethical having your children around second hand smoke. Poor babies have to inhale smoke on the workers cloths to get cared for. It should be against the law for workers to smoke while working or coming in with smoke on their cloths. Clearly the owner doesn’t no or either doesn’t care. You should look professional clean at all times!!

The professionalism is not there they stay understaffed the workers have no professional experience or background in early care the Quality of work performance is poor the workers have bad customer service skills with dealing with the parents on issues about the welfare and care of the child while being in care of the daycare facility when it comes to the safety of a child the fail to accommodate with communication with parents on issues that occurred at the facility they also have a problem with the changing of kids there should never be a time that you pick your child up and there saturated of feces and urine especially when you bring pampers and wipes there should never be an issue with changing it’s a human right

This is a wonderful day care center. I have had both of my children go there and now both my grandchildren! The staff are amazing and truly care for the children. Best center in CLEVELAND!!💜💙💛💛
