Laughter Educare

My daughter went to LEP when she was 2.5 years old in 2022 when it was still covid. The school took appropriate measure such as checking temperature, masked at that time and hire professional cleaning crew if any major sickness occured. My daughter is graduating this June 2025 and I can say that LEP has done a marvellous job in teaching her age appropriate developing her skills depending on her age. They are providing healthy snacks and lunch is made on-site. There is an outdoor playground, big enough for the kids. The playground is separated into two portions (L shape), allowing different type of physical activities and teachers are supervising at all times. There is also an indoor playground but mostly used when the weather is hard to cope by being outside. The tuition fee is a great deal for the attention, teaching and caring from the school. The ration of students: teacher is low, which means each student can get more attention. Lily cares a lot about the physical and mental health of each student. She makes sure to suggest to the parents what might need to adjust (it is up to the parents to make the final decision if course) such as how to get the child to sleep earlier, how to start potty training etc. Yes they do potty training! We also have a strong group of parents that get involved and get together for potluck/playdates open to all. Finally, the school has the right amount of event/celebration for the parents to participate and see the kids' performing. Did I mention it was a bilingual school? Yes, your child will know how to speak Chinese by the time they graduate! Also LEP has after school classes. Definitely ask for a tour. We are saddened to depart from the LEP family but this will be a lasting memory where we all made friends (parents and kids).

If you want your child to grow into a well-rounded, healthy, caring and curious person, this preschool is the right place to be. Everyone from Ms. Lily, the director, to all the teachers works diligently everyday to provide the children a safe, encouraging place to thrive. I was particularly worried about my child adapting to post-COVID new life interacting with other kids, but Ms. Lily worked with us and provided methodical and practical advice on how to consistently help my child adapt to the environment. To say that Ms. Lily helped my child and my family is an understatement: she empowered my child to become someone that I never imagined possible, and brought tremendous joy to me and my wife. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate every teacher at Laughter Educare. I highly recommend every parent to visit and consider it.

Both of my kids attend this preschool, and they’ve had a wonderful time here. The teachers are incredibly nice and professional, creating a warm and supportive environment. My children love the lunches, and we’ve made great friends through the school. It’s been a fantastic experience for our family!

Although my 2.5 yo son had only been here for half a year, the change of him is very obvious. He is much more confident, outgoing, and with much better spoken Chinese from the bilingual environment. The director Lily communicate with us about his progress and behavior frequently. Her advices and guidance helped us as first time parents. The goal of the education here is to help the kids connected with others while finding their own identity. They learned to respect others, express themselves, and follow good practices/manner. All are important foundations for them to grow up as a responsible person.

I like this educare center. They have nice classroom environment. Ms Lily provide healthy snacks and some are organic food. The stuffs care and like kids. This is Montessori school. I believe kids learn from what they do. My daughter is 2 and a few months. She is provided some practical toys like moving beans from one container to the other; water bottles and toys to learn about floating and sinking; and many other practical toys for different development purpose. They have different toys for different ages and different purpose.
