Laugh And Learn Daycare

This is the absolute worst daycare. I specifically told them my son is lactose intolerant and cannot have any type of dairy. The very next day they gave him cereal with milk in it and milk to drink as they held the cup to his mouth to feed him it. Not even 10 minutes later he’s puking and having watery diarrhea. No one ever called a parent about the situation. Finally around 12:30 when they actually started updating the app I messaged asking about it and they messaged back with a complete lie! We also found bruises between his legs which made us ask for camera footage where we saw the lies, how rough they were with his diaper changes when he had a raw, blistered and bleeding bottom. I would never recommend this place to anyone! All they do is lie and try to cover up their mess ups. They are also highly unsanitary. Never wipes the changing table between kids, used the same gloves to clean my son of throw up, clean the floor from his blow out and then went straight to change it diaper.

Do Not Send Your Kids Here!!!! Director didn’t inform teacher of my grandsons allergies and teacher proceeded to give him milk causing him to start throwing up and having very bad diarrhea cause him to bleed from bad diaper rash. Director knew what was happing didn’t inform parents of it on video show director saying Ewe and walking away. Teacher used force to hold him down after finding him bleeding from diaper rash and cause bruising in between legs. Didn’t change gloves after cleaning up throw up and diarrhea before changing his diaper. Everything is on camera. Then proceeded to say he took a kids milk and drank it when on video teacher was holding it to his mouth making him drink it. This caused him to become severely dehydrated and have to go to the hospital. Again worse daycare ever do do send kids here

This is the worst place you could ever bring your child. They do not clean the tables in between diaper changed and their videos prove they don’t. They also don’t change their gloves from vomit and poop they will change your child with the same dirty gloves. They pulled my nephew up by his arm when he fell and didn’t even check to see if he was okay which we have on video. They also will not call you when your child is projectile vomiting and have diarrhea to the point your child bottom is blistered and bleeding. They will also not follow your simple request to not give your child something. I watched them force your child to drink milk even tho they know your child is lactose intolerant. The director will gag and say ew when your child poop and walk away gagging and laughing about it. Once again all on video. They also will hold your child who is in PAIN down and leave bruises on them. Do not bring your kiddo here. This is the worst place to ever bring your child. Save your kiddo pain and being scared due to their negligence.
