What Parents Say
Lassin Early Learning Center receives mixed reviews. Most parents praise the caring staff, developmental activities, small class sizes, and communication through the app. However, some parents report concerns about enrollment fees, refund policies, and teaching quality.
My child really likes it here, she enjoys attending classes. The psychological state of the child is very important for parents, I am glad that my child is comfortable. I am very grateful to the team that works here, thanks to them my child draws, thinks, writes and develops very well. At the same time, they do not put pressure at all, but everything happens in a playful way. They are the best!
We took our son out of Paley and placed him here recently and it’s been really great here. I feel very at ease leaving him here. The teachers are great with him. They have an app now and they send updates and pictures and also very responsive teachers who respond to messages right away. He loves his teachers and friends. I am glad he is here. The smaller groups are nice and better. They give him lots of structure and really show great care to the kids.
It's the best preschool in north east Philadelphia .
This place is a SCAM~! I thought it was a little "skeptical" when I received the enrollment form and they asked for $200.00 for a "priority list" to place your child on. And the catch is "IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PLACE THE CHILD" it's unrefundable but they give you a small window to send in the money and you don't know if they WILL OR WON'T place your child until AFTER your check is cashed! It was only until after I sent in my check and they cashed it that I was then told to send in another $200 for my 2nd child. They facility was listed as a partner of Anne Frank School and didn't specify am only - so I decided to go with them and was then again told (after my check was cashed) that they do not provide transportation for after school! I then explained that I worked over an hour away and wouldn't be able to be there by 6:00 pm and how I didn't want to incur late fees, and was told "we will wait to hear from you and be flexible. A week later I received a left a voice mail that my check WOULD NOT BE RETURNED AND it was my 'CHOICE". SO UNTRUE AND I was very hurt from all of this and out of $200! As a single mom $200 is a lot to just throw away to another child/ especially since my boys were not the only 2 holding up the enrollment process. I asked for my monies to be refunded on several times and called the CFO to the VP and they said no! I should have just left them alone to begin with and stuck with a after care faciltiy who doesn't ask for monies up front. I will never recccomend anyone there!
It's really good preschool All staff and teachers are good I had experiences with teacher Sabe and Teacher Shaima they are very nice behavior with kids and parents
