What Parents Say
This facility is a gym, not a daycare center. The reviews describe positive experiences with fitness amenities, staff friendliness, cleanliness, and convenient location rather than childcare services.
Unfortunately, my experience at this gym was disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was not friendly or welcoming at all and came across as overly strict and imposing. Many rules were enforced in a rigid way that felt unnecessary, especially since other gyms with similar facilities do not impose these kinds of restrictions. Instead of creating a supportive and motivating environment, it felt like the staff was overdoing their job, focusing more on control than customer experience. A gym should encourage people to feel comfortable and motivated, not stressed or micromanaged. Because of this atmosphere and the excessive enforcement of rules, I would not recommend this gym to others who are looking for a friendly and respectful place to work out.
They were letting a guy tie his untrained dog to equipment in the gym today. It was not a service animal and I have a severe dog allergy. The staff clearly don't care though
The InBody machine was super accurate with my body fat, exactly what I needed. At first the report looked super confusing with so many numbers, but Emilio at the coach office broke it all down for me and explained everything in detail. Helped me see what to work on and where to focus. Really appreciated it!
Customer service here is non-existent. Associates rarely interact w/members only talk to one another. When equipment is broken, takes too long for repair. Aside from that… it’s a decent gym.
I like the gym but I’m repeatedly getting insect bites after using this gym. This suggests a pest or sanitation issue. What steps are being taken to address this?” i then told staff and staff basicly told me its a me problem. No thats a you problem.
