I really like the fact that the gym is not overly crowded. Im not sure what all the gym rules are, but if the gym could put up signs that required people to put the weights back after your set. Stop blocking off multiple pieces of equipment with your bags and cups, even if you won't be using the equipment immediately. Lastly, everyone should be required to wear earphones and not blasting their conversations on a speaker or playing whatever you want on your speaker. Other gyms monitor this and ask gym goers to respect other gym members. This is what makes them only 4 stars.

I wanted to try different lvacs in Vegas just for fun. So I ended up here. The outside is well, Vegas. But I was very surprised by how nice the gym was from the inside. This LVAC made me love gyms again. First of all the crowd is much more well behaved than at other places. Women for once wear some clothes which is a pleasant surprise. Mind you, I was here the day before thanksgiving The pool is very clean. The sauna is the biggest among the LVACs. For once women actually workout in the woman's only section. The lighting and decor is very Vegas like. Despite being an old building everything is very clean. I would say, the best overall affordable gym so far in vegas. Considering all the facilities, location, staff, crowd, decor, amenities, etc . The sight of Strat after you come out of the gym is nice. If you want great food after your workout, there are a plethora of options nearby. Literally buffets

K. C. was my account manager at my corporate office. He provided really good service and camaraderie and made sure I got everything I needed settled with my accounts. He is the golden benchmark for customer service that I would like to see. He is great! I had a great experience and had my issues resolved.

Normally, I would not leave a negative review, but the dismissive demeanor of the young lady at the desk prompted this response. As an out-of-town visitor, I was searching for a gym with dumbbells weighing up to 150 pounds. After contacting several gyms, I called this particular location and inquired about their dumbbell weights. The young lady who answered the phone placed me on hold briefly before confirming that their dumbbells went up to 150 pounds. Satisfied with her response, I ended the call. The following day, I arrived at the gym prepared to work out, only to discover that their dumbbells only went up to 130 pounds. Despite this discrepancy, I proceeded with my workout, as I had already incurred the cost of transportation to and from the gym. Upon departing, I brought this matter to the attention of the front desk staff. Regrettably, the young lady claimed to have no recollection of our previous conversation. Didn’t offer an apology nor offer to refund the fee for working out. Please in the future have your employees have knowledge of what gym equipment you guys have.

I'm visiting LV and bought a week-long pass for $50. Staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Only reason for 3 stars is it doesn't have the equipment I need, commonly found at other gyms. The kettlebells at this location are under lock and key and only used for the in-studio classes. There are no resistance bands. The treadmills looked great but the entire section was down for service. Fine for the week but not a good fit if you utilize the equipment listed above. **Really appreciated a female-only workout area!
