Waited a year and a half to get our kids in there, and within a month or 2 we've had are least 3 issues with kids hitting our 3.5 year old daughter hard enough to leave a mark, and nothing has changed. Yesterday we arrived to find my daughters eyes, face, and chest clawed up horrendously. No phone call, no nothing. Both eyes are scratched, and she had marks from a minimum of 4 good strikes. It's been the same girl at least twice, and they've done nothing. Now they're saying they won't open an investigation, because it wasn't that bad, but doctors are worried about scarring and her eyesight. And they're now refusing to give us an incident report. Cannot believe this is how kids are cared for in Hamilton. We are pulling our kids immediately and they will not be back. So much for small town hospitality, care, and safety.
Been at this daycare for 2 years now. We love it. The teachers there make an effort to get to know parents. The only downside is they don’t take credit card payments.
