Brushed off trying to get help 3 times. This place is a waste of time

One hundred percent have screwed over my daughter and her husband. We thought highly of lakes and pines for years. Always heard positive things until I see what they did to my daughter. How impersonal they made it seem. Completely pushed her to the side like they didn’t just work with them for almost two years. They knew personal details about my daughter’s life. They were so involved that they would make frequent monthly visits. My daughter relied on these people especially her advocate Jamie. But then again it seemed that Jamie really never cared. That this was all an act. We took the landlords to court and it was proven my daughter and her husband never owed 5200 hundred dollars. This was all an act for the landlord. My daughter had solid evidence to prove that they did not cause that damage. You guys never heard them out and still haven’t heard them out to this day, taking weeks to respond to a very personal email my daughter sent you. My daughter won the court case against them and proved they never did anything to their landlord like my daughter was saying the whole entire time. My daughter was always honest, respect and understanding in the situation with these landlords and the last one. The landlords just have it out for their tenants. Then for lakes and pines to whole heartedly take the landlords side like it’s their job to pick a side. How ridiculous. To completely leave clients not even without the coaching and support but their funds all because you people believed what their landlord told you. Now they are homeless during the winter again. How sad of a company. The lack of care and respect for human beings. Ought to be ashamed of yourselves. My daughter and her husband went through complete Purgatory at that house. The same house that’s being sued by Isanti county for illegally pumping their septic and along with a horse abuse case. You people had no idea what was really going on because you didn’t care. Seriously not a care in the world. You dropped two clients for what? How does that help individuals in anyway? What do you people really do? I hope you feel about yourselves at the end of the day. It doesn’t take much to be a decent human being.

Always had a good experience with lakes and pines

I am left in no better position than I was for coming up on waitlist with the homeless reentry program. There was no actual coaching for me all the things I was told that like should be done to like help me with learning, budgeting and different things never happened. I don’t know if there was just some Issues and I just fell through the cracks or what but I pray that no one else in the homeless reentry program end up going through. my housing should’ve never been approved at inspection. She Understood that it was mold issues something I didn’t , why let me move into a place that you know has mold problems. Anything I have accumulated in my time I need to just destroy and start over again something that I get no assistance in doing. Not once did anybody even tell me that there’s tax services or anything as I had struggled with that that I was supposed to be getting services from Lakes and pines and I’m still struggling to figure out how I’m doing a amended return after paying money I didn’t even have with Jackson Hewitt who Didn’t do it correctly nor will they refund any of the $600 that I had to spend for them or help with me getting the other 2000 I should actually be paid back

Lakes & Pines are wonderful!!! It's trying to find an apartment without a 5 year waiting list is the problem!!! Ahhh
