The management team sets the tone with their exceptional communication and genuine compassion. They’re always proactive, transparent, and incredibly supportive, which gives us so much peace of mind. Ms. Mary, the school‑age teacher, is a true gem. Her calm, warm presence and ability to connect with the kids make such a difference. You can tell she really understands them and meets them right where they are. The infant room is equally wonderful. Ms. Syn and Ms. Kaitlyn bring so much patience, kindness, and warmth to their classroom. They treat the babies with such gentle care, and it’s clear they love what they do. Seeing how happy and comfortable our little one is with them means everything. If you’re looking for a daycare that blends professionalism with heart, this is the place. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We've had our kids at La Petite for a while now, and honestly, it's been such a relief. Mrs. Kalani runs things really well. She's approachable, stays on top of communication, and you can tell she knows what she is doing and even knows every kid by name. When you have a question, she gets back to you quickly with no runaround. Mr. Marcus has been incredible with our kids. He's patient in a way that actually matters, not just going through the motions. The whole vibe there is just... right. That peace of mind is worth everything.

I'm pleased to have my child at LePetite, I have read some of the negative and positive reviews. The facility is going through a re-org from prior management. Kalani is doing a great job working to rebuild the reputation of the program and that take's allot of effort. She is working tirelessly, and the program is improving daily. We have to understand patience comes with restructure. The care and well being of the kids do come first from my own experience.

La Petite has truly been a blessing for our family. We came here after a difficult experience at a previous daycare and were very cautious about trusting anyone new. From day one, this team put us at ease. Our child began with a diagnosed speech delay, and the growth in under a year has been remarkable—singing more, responding to simple questions, and engaging with new confidence. Their progress speaks directly to the intentional, patient, and caring approach of the entire staff. The teachers are phenomenal—Ms. Cynnise, Mr. Marcus, Mr. Neko, Ms. Mary and others who show up every day with genuine love and professionalism. The admin team also deserves special recognition. Ms. Talita and Ms. Bree are always warm, friendly, and consistent at both drop-off and pick-up. Their presence sets the tone for a great day. We appreciated everyone so much that we recently prepared a holiday meal for the whole team—and even that didn’t feel like enough to express our gratitude. And as we enter the adventure of potty training, let’s just say I’m confident that between Ms. Cynnise, Mr. Marcus, and Ms. Bree, someone is going to make sure I don’t have to buy another box of pull-ups anytime soon. 😂 Anytime I’ve had a concern, I’ve always felt comfortable bringing it forward, and the staff has received it with compassion and addressed it quickly and thoughtfully. That level of partnership is rare in childcare. Like any daycare, there has been some staff turnover, but the environment has remained consistently warm, nurturing, and supportive under Ms. Kalani’s leadership. We are truly grateful—and relieved—to be part of the La Petite family.
