Absolutely wonderful! Hours are so convenient, teachers are great with the kiddos, Claudia is very accommodating. From being flexible with enrollment when work is weird to letting me store my kiddo bike trailer in their closet during non-COVID times, they have been great in the almost 5 years we've been there. LOVE the federal building security.
We showed up today for our son's 1st day of daycare after booking a spot in October 2021 to find out the facility has been closed for many months. No one from the facility contacted us about the closure which now leaves us scrambling for daycare. Very unprofessional way to run a business.
Costumer service is not very pleasant to talk to the lady probably was either in a bad move or she just like that. she was giving me a short cut response to my questions. sound it like she didn't want to talk on the phone, I wouldn't trust this place for my kiddo's to be taken care. if this is how they act to parents, I can't imagine how would they act to my kids.
Don't go there! You would think that it is a good place to send your child because they seem organized....but they are not. They are severely understaffed, often hiring new young workers that cycle through, and they don't really care about teaching your child. Everyone seems unhappy and overwhelmed, and communication is poor.
