La Petite Academy Woodland

As a mother of two boys, I have had the pleasure of having them attend La Petite Academy for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, the improvement in management and the overall quality of services has been remarkable. The staff is fantastic—so caring, attentive, and always ready to engage with my children. When we first started, I was coming from a previous daycare experience with my oldest, and I can honestly say La Petite has far exceeded those expectations. My boys have truly excelled here, and I’ve seen such growth in them, both socially and academically. It’s clear that the team at La Petite Academy is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where children thrive. I’m also very impressed with how they foster positive relationships with parents. They do a great job of keeping parents involved with regular events and activities that make us feel like part of the community. They’re inclusive and really work to build a partnership with families. Another thing that has been a huge comfort is the cameras in the classrooms. As a parent, being able to check in on my kids from time to time has been so reassuring. It’s an added layer of transparency and peace of mind that I truly appreciate. I am so grateful for the positive impact La Petite has had on my children’s lives, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching daycare experience. La Petite has been our school for over two years, and two teachers in particular, Ms. Stacey and Ms. Amy have made such a positive impact on our child’s growth and happiness. Ms. Amy brings patience and creativity. She’s genuine and dedicated to the growth of your child from the youngest age. Ms. Stacey has a gift for making learning fun while also teaching kindness and respect, which we see reflected in our child’s behavior at home. It’s rare to find educators who combine professionalism with genuine love for children, but this center has them. We feel confident every day knowing our child is in such caring hands. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching environment!

My child has been with La Petite Waunakee for about 10 months and overall I have felt good about the care she receives here. There has been some turnover in teachers as well as leadership however it’s always been clear how much the entire team cares about the kids in their care. I’d say they have gotten into a great rhythm the last few months and have worked to plan fun events for the LP Waunakee families. The rooms are bright and big which is one of the things that had me choose this site and stay. They’ve also just completed a new toddler playground area right off the main level, which is very nice for the kids. There have been a couple of times when I’ve had concerns and Jasmine has been very open to hearing me out and responding, both in word and deed. Though I was sad to hear about Natasha, I believe Stacy and Amy are great additions to the leadership crew. Overall, La Petite Waunakee is a beautiful place to have your kids, with caring staff and rooms that promote play and learning.

I want to start out by saying the Staff at this location are AMAZING! The Director is absolutely delightful, my toddler loves his teacher Ms.Brandy, and my infant has adjusted so perfectly! My littles have never been to daycare before this, so as a parent I definitely had my worries. All the staff are extremely loving and patient with the kids, especially when they are adjusting to the new environment. I love being able to see the kiddos on the live camera throughout the day, as well as all the amazing updates that include photo and videos! On an academic level I have noticed a HUGE difference with my toddler improving speech, confidence with using words to ask for things, and a major social developments! He has so many amazing friends and teachers! I definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to find a friendly atmosphere, with attentive teachers who actually care about each child’s needs!

My 18 month old has been attending since he was 10 months and has grown so much. His lead teacher, Ms. Stacey, has been such a blessing for our family. She is incredibly warm, accepting, and patient with the kids. What stands out most is how she pays attention to each child as a whole, not just their behavior, but their emotions, personalities, and needs. My toddler feels safe and cared for with her, and that means everything. I couldn’t ask for a better caregiver!
