My siblings went here when they were little and now my littlest comes here and it has been the best thing for him! He was almost completely non verbal last year when he started and now he’s learning to read and it’s been almost exactly a year now. He loves his friends and teachers and I can’t imagine being this comfortable with my son anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My toddler attended this daycare from Sept 2023 to Oct 2024, and it was a nightmare. The staff had absolutely no patience with her, and instead of helping, they would yell or get annoyed that a 3-year-old couldn’t sit still and quiet for 2–3 hours. They are supposed to be trained professionals who understand child development, yet they repeatedly called me to pick her up simply because she was crying or having a normal toddler tantrum. Rather than trying to redirect or comfort her, they gave up. As a single mom, daycare isn’t a luxury for me—it’s a necessity so I can work. Leaving her here was never my first choice, but I didn’t have other options at the time. It was heartbreaking hearing my daughter beg me not to leave her there. Watching the cameras only made it worse—you may not hear audio, but a parent can see in the body language when their child is being treated poorly. They fool parents with their tours by scheduling them when they’re fully staffed and the kids appear well cared for. But the reality is different: they care more about money than about children’s well-being or parents’ peace of mind. Thankfully, I pulled her out and enrolled her at Kids Discovery World. The difference was night and day. After just one day there, my daughter was comfortable and happy. That’s what real care looks like. Save yourself the time, money, and heartbreak—don’t bring your tiny humans here.

This daycare is such an amazing school. My kids are learning so much here. The staff is so sweet, management are so welcoming keep up the great work ladies

I wish I can put no stars you are pathetic I went as a child and yeah I don't remember what year it was I had my armpits pinched no kid should go through like this they're horrible no patience with kids whatsoever you guys should lose your jobs and I hope you guys go out of business you guys don't deserve to work with kids

Let’s start by saying my boy had s great experience when he was there from June 2024- August 2024. The staff wad AMAZING!!! Miss Alejandra was his Favorite!!! They did great preparing him for kindergarten. I paid OOP and it’s not cheap I didn’t mind because he was happy. Well I ended up over paying and there was a credit on my account. I was told to leave his account open so he can come back during vacation time at school or whenever I needed him to. So I did just that. Over $420.00 of MY MONEY sat in credit because they didn’t do refunds. I was unable to send him to daycare as they filled up very fast during Christmas break so my credit sat in my account. Well come Feb 2025 I missed a call from a new staff member. Mind you a new director is in place at this time and now all has changed from when we last spoke to anyone in Dec2024. This woman Samantha called left a VM about how I wanted my money sent. I called back a few days later no callback from her, I left msg after msg I spoke to a staff mbr about the matter I was then informed my account was CLOSED and I and NO CREDIT. No money on my account. So I was confused. I called waiting for this Samantha to get back from vacation my Wife called left VMs with her number as well. Nothing! No call back we finally go into the daycare. When I tell you this woman was shaking, she saw a ghost she turned white I have no idea why. I was polite and asked where my money was and what happened. After what seemed like some bs calls she made to a Hailey or something she said ohhhh it’s here I need to figure it out haha. That was on 5/21/25 at 3pm. She said call me tomorrow and check in with me. So I did. Again she avoided my calls. I left msg after msg she did not respond. Today 6/2/25 at 9am I called and this worm answered and has the nerve to give me an attitude when I ask about my money. She said if she has time she will work on it, when she gets time to work on it. I’m not sure if anyone remembers but this daycare has had some bad press with you know drugs being brought into the daycare and whatever, I was willing to go back and be a CASH PAYING parent. This is how I was treated. She has given me the runaround, being rude and disrespectful acting as though I am bothering HER! I have a FEELING she cashed out my money. She gave me some story about when there’s a credit on the account the company doesn’t like seeing that. So it gets sent somewhere but she could not tell me where, why wasn’t it cashed out and sent to the address on file? I think this daycare and this particular staff member needs to be investigated, maybe I need to seek legal advice. Anyway one star because my son had a good time last year. I am so unhappy and I am expecting my money back asap. It’s the principal of the matter now. It’s the blatant lying that bothers me.
