La Petite Academy - Tech Center

Writing this review because I know how important it is for us parents to find a good day care for your kids when you have to work . I had to return back to work early after maternity leave & this place has been really great so far. I don’t have no complaints what so ever . My baby started when she was almost 2 months old & now she’s 5 months old. Her teachers Ms. Kayla & Ms. Nicole are the best ! As well as Ms Heidi & Ms Natasha . I always get updates about her & the best part is that they have cameras so I could always keep an eye on her as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

First time parents and choosing a daycare was really hard. When we found this place, I knew we found the right one. This school has been nothing but amazing and we are so grateful for all the teachers and work and care they do for our child. Thank you!

I was scheduled for a tour today(10.28.22) at 10a. Arrived about 5 min early greeted by Sheena Ball(Assistant Director) with a friendly face. “Sheena”: you must be here for your 10a tour? “Me”: yes good morning how are you? “Sheena”: hello , okay is there something in particular you’re looking for? How soon? Do you have any questions for me?? “Me”: yes better service than my daughters current daycare, “SAFETY”, & care. Explained my experience/frustration with the current daycare. “Sheena”: okay yes I can see why, we’ll I’ll go over the curriculum, fees, etc. As she did & provided me with the application for enrollment and the fee list. Then proceeded to ask if I had any other questions, I said no not at the moment. She nodded her head as okay. “Me”: after the dialogue, I was expecting an actual tour of the facility, given that’s what I scheduled for today at 10a. “Sheena” : as well as Gretchen Lee DID NOT OFFER TO GIVE ME A TOUR, NOR PROCEED TO GIVE ME A TOUR OF THE FACILITY “Me:” I accepted the folder with information however upon leaving I contacted corporate customer service and provided my feedback from that specific location. I shouldn’t have to ask for a tour of the facility , especially from the director herself. So because of that on top of two other things mentioned to me by Gretchen that I wouldn’t care to return to that location and especially not for enrollment purposes.

My husband and I are very happy with the preschool program at this school! Our son was very limited with speech when he started here and now not only does he talk constantly and in a way we can actually understand, but he has learned so much more! His teacher, Ms. Tara has been great, taking special time to work with him. She always has something positive to tell us about his days, even when they have been a little rough. We are also very pleased with the managment team. They have always made us feel very welcomed and have always made us feel this school is a safe and warm place for our son to be.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the years of care my wife and I received from this facility. My child thrived with the kindness, security and love all faculty showed towards my child. A big thank you to Ms. Ariel who is phenomenal.
