I couldn’t be happier with this daycare. We had a poor experience at a different daycare before we found La Petite and I am so thankful they restored my faith in child care. The director Courtney is always on top of things and so sweet. My son is in the infant room and I love all of his teachers; they always provide such good communication. They also take him outside frequently and get loved on by everyone.
We love La Petite of South Sandy! We transferred to this location from the AF location (which we also loved) after we moved and it has been wonderful. All of the teachers greet my toddler by name even if they don't regularly teach his class, and he is always excited to attend and see all of his friends. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat.
We’ve been at La Petite Academy for about two years, and it was the clear choice after touring nearly ten other centers where the kids often looked miserable. Here, the kids are happy, the teachers are warm and supportive, and there’s a great balance of structure and variety in the day. I love the outdoor play area (outdoor time is a big priority for us), the easy communication through the app with updates and photos, and how willing the teachers are to work with me on anything we need. My son loves every single teacher — and they all know him by name — which makes La Petite feel like a true community.
Cannot praise the team at this La Petite enough! We are so grateful we switched our care to them. We do not have family in the area so selecting strangers to care for your children is a scary task. We could not have a more positive experience here and it is so reassuring to feel trust in the entire team. I currently praise the ground that Miss Carolyn walks on every day! Our son has fell in love with every teacher he has had. The teachers all welcome you as soon as you walk in the door, and they know every child’s name and even get to know them on a personal level. As a first time mom I was so clueless with many things, my son started in the baby room and every step of the way his teachers have went above and beyond and willing to lend help and advise even while they are juggling many other things. The staff are compassionate, kind, and caring. It feels like a family and great community. Our second born will be starting there in the fall. PS our son loves Miss Amanda’s cooking (compliments to the chef because toddlers are hard to please)!
We’ve loved La Petite! We’ve been there for about 2 years, starting in the infant room, then to toddlers and now two’s. The teachers are all so warm and kind. They know every child by name. It’s clear they all are passionate about early childhood care and are always actively engaged with the kids. I’ve never once seen a teacher on their phone. The spaces are clean and they recently remodeled most of the school so it’s even more updated than what some of the old photos show. They have a great variety of toys and they make sure to get outside at least once per day. It’s also a major bonus that we don’t have to pack food. My kiddo comes home with new words he’s learned all the time so it’s clear they are actively teaching them as well. It’s hard finding a place you trust enough to care for your child for so many hours per week but this group works so hard and I feel my child is very well taken care of.
