I’ve been bringing my daughters to this La Petite Academy since COVID, and I can’t say enough good things about it. My oldest attended here until she moved on to elementary school, and now my youngest has been going since she was just a few months old. Christina has been an amazing director from day one — she’s consistent, professional, and clearly cares about the kids and families. I’ve never had any problems with this place. My girls are happy to go, and I feel confident they’re safe, cared for, and well looked after. 5 stars without hesitation.
My daughters attended La Petite on West Bitters for almost 4 years! We love the staff and felt they were a fantastic extension of our family. Mr Marty was our oldest’s last teacher and she spoke with so much fondness of him. He is kind, gentle, and has a knack for letting the kids learn through their own curiosity. He is a one of a kind teacher! Our younger daughter adores ms Kay and Ms Karla and even called for them when we were in vacation! The front office has been more than helpful! We moved out of town and will hold this team very near to our hearts!
Our twin boys love coming to school here! They've been attending since they were 9 months old, now they're two and a half, and they have had amazing teachers in each classroom! Miss Kay, Miss Karla and Miss May have been the absolute best! All of the front office staff are so nice and helpful too! We cannot speak highly enough about this daycare!
Our son enrolled last year in the 3 year class and this year he is in the 4 year class. Both years he has done very well and loves school! The cooking class is his favorite! So glad he is enjoying school!!
Beware !!! Kids constantly being sick because of how unsanitary their place is. My grandchild was always coming down with something because cups were being tossed around between the kids and not washed (I’d watch as my grandchild’s cup would be returned to him after two other kids put their mouths on it). Their turnover rate is horrendous because they can hardly keep any employee to stay as they only offer them 10-15 cents of a raise. Hardly any leadership to talk to, and when there is someone available, it’s Ashlee whose only response to things is “I don’t know”. My grandchild cried every time at my drop off and would cry harder specifically when greeted by one teacher. As a caregiver that’s the last thing you want to see and what kids communicate when in distress is very telling. Their place is extremely outdated. From their playground having leaves everywhere with no maintenance to it, their inside equipment being ancient, the small parking lot, and lack of cleanliness all around, it’s way overpriced for what you’re getting. Their live camera “perk” isn’t worth it. So many other daycares in the area with live footage that are worth their price.
