I have had three of my four children attend La Petite in Fenton, and I have been so happy with our choice to do so. My daughter that graduated out is consistently at the top of her class academically, and I know that her education at La Petite had a lot to do with this. I have two children still enrolled, and they consistently come home with stories about their friends, teachers, and the activities they do each day. My four year olds were able to spell and write their names easily after practicing at school. We hadn't taught them this at home! I feel comfort knowing my children are not only getting a great education through playing but are also so cared for by the staff. My girls have hilarious nicknames from the teachers, and if one or both is not there the teachers make sure to ask and check in on how they are. It is so nice to go somewhere that you can tell that the staff members care so much for your children. Even when staff members have left, we have kept in touch with a couple of them and utilize them as babysitters. The staff is also great at communicating any incidents or new information over their app. I always know what's going on in their classrooms and can access live video to the room they are in at any time. I highly recommend the care my kids receive at La Petite Academy of Fenton if you are looking for a daycare that will take care of your kids like they are their own.

We had to make the decision to leave our amazing daycare for a place closer and had more kids to interact with. So, we found La Petite in Fenton. When my daughter went to La Petite, she loved it. While she went there, Ms. Heather was one of my her favorite teachers. She couldn't wait to go La Petite everyday. She learned so much and was totally prepared for preschool when that time came around. My daughter also loved the summer camp. And I loved that still offered the camp while my daughter was transitioning to kindergarten. Then, we ended up having another kid a few years later. So, we thought, we would give it another go since we had such a good experience last time. And let me tell you, Ms. Kia has her stuff together. Super helpful. Easy to work with. All the teachers are wonderful and work so hard with each of these kids. We noticed a difference in our son within weeks. He was talking more, interested in more things, and started talking to other kids (which was huge for us). Great place.

Every time I walk into La Petite Fenton someone greets me with a smile and says my name. Every time I walk into my child's classroom the teacher gives me an update on how my child did that day and if anything concerning is going on. My child is not easy. They need attention, love, and care. Nearly every time I check the classroom cameras (awesome feature by the way), a teacher has my child in their arms. They know what my child needs as well as I do. In my opinion, the ideal daycare prioritizes safety, learning, nutrition, and community. I bet if you tried to count how many in the STL area do all four well you wouldn't get to your second hand. But we know who you'd say first. I know who I would.

This daycare center continues to impress me, from the individualized care to the inclusive and intentional approach each person on staff has towards the children. My daughter has dietary restrictions that I was incredibly nervous about when enrolling her in daycare. The food specialist, Melody, has not only catered to my daughter's specifications - she has made intentional decisions to ensure that my daughter doesn't feel left out and "different" from the other children. Sometimes I feel like I'm a high-maintenance mom when it comes to my child's care, but the Director, Kia, and the supporting staff, always validate my feelings and concerns. If you come across this school, look no farther - you've found the perfect place for your child!
