La Petite Academy in Bernalillo has been an incredible place for both of my boys, Zachary and Aeneas. From the moment we first visited, I could tell this center was different — it’s big, bright, and spacious, with plenty of room for kids to play, learn, and grow. The classrooms are thoughtfully organized by age group, which allows each child to get the right level of attention, structure, and learning activities that fit where they are developmentally. One of the things I really appreciate is that La Petite provides healthy meals and snacks every day. As a busy working parent, it’s such a relief to know that my kids are eating well-balanced meals in a nurturing environment. They also have a great system for transportation — taking kids to and from school safely and reliably — which makes life so much easier for parents who have tight schedules. The staff is truly exceptional. Every teacher and caregiver we’ve met has been patient, warm, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being. They communicate clearly and keep parents updated, which gives me peace of mind throughout the day. My boys come home happy, talkative, and excited to share what they learned — and that says everything about the quality of care and teaching here. My daughter recently joined La Petite and has had an amazing experience. Her teacher, Ms. Angie is dedicated to making all her students successful. Ms. Felicia is amazing when it comes to meal preparation, food services and making my baby feel better with a warm cooked meal. My daughter attends school during the day and transportation is easy, quick and always successful. Ms. Esther is an amazing director and always finds a way to make every child feel special. The curriculum every teacher follows is always on point. I highly recommend!
My son has been attending La Petite for over half a year and I don’t think I could have picked a better environment for him. The staff has been incredible in helping him adjust and they are all so patient and caring. I love the updates and pictures parents receive throughout the day. My son is always excited when he is telling me about his day, whether it be what he and his friends played or the paintings and pictures he drew. Truly a great place!
La Petite in Bernalillo is a wonderful place to have your children cared for by amazing and caring teachers. My toddler has learned and grown so much with in the 2 years she’s been with La Petite. They have a great app where you can see your little one at any time. You get updates/pictures of your kids through out the day and a new lesson plan every week so you know what your children are learning everyday. La Petite is a second home to my child and I can’t imagine anyone else caring for my little one as much as the staff at this daycare does. We are vary grateful to every single teacher in La Petite, especially the director Mrs. Esther.
Hands down the best childcare we’ve ever had. Ms. Esther and her girls are so amazing with our boy. He has grown and learned so much since we started here this spring. All of the staff are friendly and inviting and make it a point to know all of their kids and family members names! It feels like leaving my child with a close family member. 10/10 recommend!
