La Petite Academy

My son has been enrolled in this daycare for over a year and a half now. From the infant room, now to toddlers. There have been times of high turnover and it’s always sad to see people you come to care about leave for other opportunities, but I can only assume turnover rates at daycares are high anyway. Many families have had their children enrolled for even longer than mine. It’s nice that my son has developed friends that he sees daily. Even though we have seen a few different teachers, they are always kind and caring to my child. A group of his teachers even took the time out of their day on the weekend to come to his birthday party! One of the biggest things I appreciate is how much they listen when it comes to my sons allergies and medical conditions. Every person on staff is aware of his food allergies and have made arrangements with me where I am able to provide food that is safe to him. We have not had a food related incident in our time there and any time there is a question or concern I am contacted immediately. I appreciate the access to the live streaming and updates periodically on activities they are doing. I also like that there are two separate locked doors to access the building and the property is fenced. The most important thing to me is that my child is safe, loved, and cared for and La Petite checks all of those things for us.

I'm a new parent at La Petite Academy but I really love it! I took my little one out of another school and placed her here and I have been happy ever since. Her teacher Mrs. Donna is by far the best teacher there ever was, and I am very pleased with having her! The Director Ms. Mykeisha and the Assistant Director Mrs. Alicia are also wonderful. They truly go above and beyond to help make transitioning as easy as possible. I will highly recommend this La Petite Academy to all my friends.

me and my kids love la petite the staff is so welcoming and friendly. you are able to watch your kids if your at work or home, they send pictures and shows you the activities they are doing, also the type of food the babies are having on a daily at la petite. we have had bad experiences at other daycare but when it came to la petite it was everything I wanted and now I know everything on whats going on with my babies.

My 1 year old son has been there since he was 9 month. At first, our experience with La'petite was not good. Because he cried a lot, but after a while he got used to the academy and changing started. I am very thankful of directors and teachers because they taught my son eating. Now he eats regular foods very well and likes the food that is served in the school. The location is great for me. Because it is so close to my work place and I go there and see him every day at lunch time. Teachers are nice and specially the new director Ms. Candie and area director Ms. Barbara, care a lot about children and hiring good teachers and upgrading the La petite at Benmar from a very good place to an Excellent place. Although, I was not happy with the school at first, Now I like there and my son is happy and is developing so fast. He started walking at 10 month old. thank to La petite.

Please do not bring your kids here. I called the school to see why my 9 month old baby is standing up in the crib just crying. I see this so call teacher on camera pick my baby up out the crib by one arm. I immediately took off work to go get my baby. It was her first week in daycare they seem like nice people when you do the tour but this place is horrible and the directors don't do anything about it but have attitudes when you are asking about your kid. When I pick my baby up she was hoarse and dehydrated from all the crying. The directors told me the teachers read to the kids, have nap time n play time. None of that is true I see kids on camera unsupervised at times. They even told me I get pictures through out the day, I never received anything. They tell you anything just to get your money.
