Beyond grateful for this facility and the wonderful teachers we have met so far! Julianne and Daisy were very helpful through the registration process and gave good pointers to help my son transition. Drop off was a tear fest the first couple weeks and now he’s confident and happy to go to school! I really respect the teachers for maintaining order/structure in their classrooms while treating the kids compassionately and also taking time to accommodate parents’ questions with a smile. I feel a great sense of relief that he’s in a safe place, as every door of the building is coded and they stay aware of individuals coming or going at all times. The app is also a blessing for consistent communication, scheduling, updates, and live footage so I can check on him throughout the day. I was even able to grant access to his grandmother in TN so she can witness his daily activities and feel closer to him. 💖 Huge thank you to Mariah, Ashlyn, Shay, Destiny, Chanel, Tiana, and everyone else there that is nurturing the minds of the future! 🙏🙏🙏
We had a very negative experience with this facility. Our son, (3) transferred to this DayCare after his previous Kid City USA on Dublin shut down abruptly. He found a good rhythm with his previous teachers at La Petite until they all quit due to understaffing and poor pay. Since then we've gotten a call almost every day to come pick him up early for "not settling down at nap time" "trying to escape" (they removed the child locks on an interior door). He had never once gotten a call at his previous DayCare. It's obvious the staff is overwhelmed and short handed. Kids who have extra energy are ostracized and asked to leave instead of seeking solutions. Also it smells like feces when you walk in the front door. Would not recommend. Will be following his previous teacher to their new location where hopefully the teachers and kids are treated better.
We LOVE La Petite Academy!! We as a family hold warm heartfelt gratitude to the staff at La Petite Academy. They have helped my child grow and potty train, make friends, learn spelling, and have brought him oodles of fun! Way to go ladies! Keep up the awesomeness!! <3
Wonderful environment for the little ones. The teachers are patient and kind, while engaging children in activities. I especially like being able to see my grandson through the in-class cameras, too.
I am so happy we found this place for our son! Ms Mariah is so committed to little man’s progress. Ms daisy, ms Sheila and all the other teachers are so attentive, caring and assertive with all the kiddos.
