La Maternelle French Academy

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at La Maternelle. Both of our children attended from the time they were 3 months old until we moved out of state—our oldest at 3 years old and our youngest at 11 months. If not for the move, we would have never considered leaving; La Maternelle truly set the standard for what exceptional childcare should be. From day one, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They made our children feel comfortable and excited to arrive each morning, and they gave us complete peace of mind knowing our kids were safe, loved, and well cared for. The facility is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate activities that support both learning and social development. The teachers foster a joyful, creative atmosphere where play and education go hand in hand. We saw remarkable growth in both children—especially in confidence, independence, and language. By the time we left, our oldest was speaking impressive French for his age! Most importantly, the staff genuinely cares for each child as if they were their own. My kids have been attending la Maternelle for 7 months now and I have loved the excellent communication, clean location, and small class sizes. They get the attention they need in a loving environment. The 3 year olds are always doing fun craft activities or learning new songs, it's a wonderful learning experience. And my 1 year olds cling to their teachers, they love spending time with them!

Leaving LMFA has been so bittersweet for our family. From the very beginning, the love and care the staff showed my daughter meant the world to us. As a first-time parent, I’ll admit I came in with strong opinions and a lot of anxiety, but the team was nothing but patient, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way. Watching my daughter grow, learn, and feel truly loved here has been such a gift. LMFA will forever have a place in our hearts. La Maternelle has been an exceptional environment for my children. The educators are fully bilingual and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Since the transition to new management, the improvements have been both significant and evident. Enhancements to the curriculum, the introduction of new activities, and a thoughtfully diverse summer camp have all contributed to a greatly enriched experience for students and families alike. Ms. Ouly, the new director, is outstanding. She exhibits genuine care for the children, treating them with the warmth and attention one would expect from a devoted parent, while also showing strong leadership and empathy toward her staff. I have been sending my children to LA Maternelle since 2017, starting with my first child, and I can confidently say it has been a fantastic experience. All four of my kids are enrolled, and the education they receive is truly exceptional.
