I had my kids in this head start program until they started kindergarten. I just want to advise all parents to becareful with the staff bc they are quick to call cps on parents when there is no abuse in the home! I was accused of hitting my daughter in the face when thats not what happened. I had to deal with cops and social workers at my home bc the lady that handles intakes reported me and was very rude to me when I called her, talking to me in a very disrespectful tone and already judging me based on her biased beliefs!! But it doesnt matter bc I knew what happened and explained to cps and eventually file was closed no abuse found! You might wanna do a real good investigative work first before you go accusing parents of abuse. My daughter is 12 now, happy healthy. But screw these people! never again. Next time im suing people personally for defamation!
