What Parents Say
Parents praise LA ESCUELITA for its welcoming environment, helpful staff, and affordable pricing. The center is noted for serving the Latino community well with strong resources and knowledgeable employees. However, phone communication and front desk responsiveness have been cited as areas needing improvement.
Get a better secretary. I called and the lady that answered the phone had no costumer service skills. She was rude, didn’t want to help out, and she was quick to transfer me to someone else when I had a question on an event. I had to call 4 times before she realized I wasn’t going to stop calling. When she finally helped me she was rude and quick to hang up. I’m lucky I didn’t have any other questions because it would have been another while to get a response from her. This shouldn’t be a person’s first engagement experience for a good organization.
I'm been calling for over an hour 11:00am to 12:00pm nobody answered my call, there is a massage that said, " we are close from 12:00pm to 1:30pm for lunch and sanitation". As far as I know this is a nonprofit organization to assist the Hispanic community, I'm sure everyone gets a pay check. But please can you do a little more for the pay that you get. The only time that most of can asked for help is at lunch time, please be aware of that. Than you.
I been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days already and nobody answers me. I try different extensions and the voicemails are all full
Now, I am taking the time to write this review. I want to give a tremendous shout out to Ms. Olga. She has made an impact amongst every person including myself. She knows her data. She knows how the system works. She goes by the books. She helped and educated me along with my process. Thank you Olga. You are awesome!
This place is great for all people. Latinos are more than welcome and it does count with a lot of resources.
