My child started at L&L right at the beginning of summer (age 2.5). During the summer they have their summer program and they were outside everyday going to the zoo, multiple parks, the beach, etc, which I thought was awesome. Then in the fall they shifted to more school focus where they have structured weekly themes focusing on the growth of our children. The teachers are kind and my child has learned and developed so much. They have a indoor play area which personally was one of the key things I liked when I toured knowing the winters here in Chicago. They also do fun events throughout the year to build community. We are really happy we found this L&L location and recommend to anyone.
We absolutely love L&L! Our daughter has thrived there since she was 11 months and is now 21 months old. She gets so excited to go to school and see her friends. The teachers are kind and have genuine care for each of the kids. They take the kids out on frequent outings like to the zoo, nearby parks, and do activities with them daily. They also teach the kids manners, cleaning up after themselves, sharing, and have various classes (like Spanish and music class). Definitely recommend L&L for any parent searching for a daycare in the Lincoln Park area!
Horrible establishment that will treat your kids weird!! Teachers are constantly posting our kids ONLINE on THEIR PERSONAL SOCIAL PLATFORMS. director does as well and will act like she doesn’t. My kids will never come back here ever again.
One of the best daycare programs in the area. They offer a lot of outdoor and indoor activities. The teachers are patient, kind and treat all kiddos very well. My kid enjoys going to school and I see her grow and thrive at L&L. Strongly recommend.
L&L was recommended to us by a neighbor that had a child there a few years ago. The neighbor's child really enjoyed her time there after moving over from another school. We took a great tour with Amelia who answered all our questions for about an hour. You can tell that everyone at L&L cares about the children and their well-being and enrichment. The kids have a lot to do while inside and take many outdoor adventures as well. There are nice and honest people at L&L.
