The review is in. unprofessional adult behavior exhibited here. Two adults belegrated each other in front of parent,over a teachers misconception to toss a child's clothing elsewhere. A retaliation or sort of personalization of perception towards another. Child was bullyed due to lack of supervision. My child was a sweet boy, and loved. When the bullying happened you never adress the parent but to have someone say ,he's not even 2,he can't talk.... Teachers come and go. The childs entire wellbeing is not protected here, due to overworked or inexperienced and the cost. The money is everything while infant mats need replacement. What is seen and stated teachers are buying supply from indivual pockets,then asked to bring receipts forward. Statements such as " I'm spending too much money on pest control"..undermines the true value of health and safety for a center holding 30+ children. What is not working is to a teacher to 2 twins,2 or 3other babies plus 4-5 toddlers with a rotating child care careers drop in staff due to teacher shortage,when the shortage comes and goes . The parents are always wright. It is the parents over money. Infectionist disease is extremely high here, pink eye, bacteria born illness and exposures caused constant bacteria infections due to the lack of enforcement and accountability. It's a merry-go-round playground filled with bacteria. While hand washing lacked. Toddlers come in to have lunch and straight to nap. The effort in health and safety is not . As it was brought to attention, you care less about protecting the interest. Again money is too important while we can build rappore with the parents to make correction and start with providing harmony and peaceful care. Yet if it's being naive or you simply did not care, this will hinder operations. Manny opportunities were given. Still failed ... ... The parents are always correct ,that's the first priority to start with then you may begain to make improvements for the center. If you brought in like minded individuals who worked smart and cared to impact our little generaions and they were paid on increase then there would not be conversations as either they were paid for theyre hard work. You stated it your self quietly, that proved this review. The review is as other compliant reviews and morely about missing functionality of the center,the child overall health and safety and as stated, the parents are always correct. This review will give the lvl of correction needed and a message for thought. Your response is what it is. You can't be sorry. It's improving the logic and rhetorical standards you have someday.

Before my son started coming here I was really cautious about who I allowed to watch my son. Being that I have years experienced in childcare I decided to do pop ups before signing him up. Every time I came at any time of the day I was greeted and all my concerns were answered. I also loved that it is black owned and diverse. My son has been going there for 4months now and we love it. They make us feel like family And respect my request to not feed him cows milk. They make sure to care for him just like I would. My son is in the infant room and loves playing with his baby friends. Every time I drop him off I see the bigger kids either doing circle time or arts and crafts. The teachers are doing a great job and I don’t play about my kids. I’m glad that I didn’t listen to the reviews and check things out myself. Me and dad approve

My daughter attended Kreative Kids until she entered Kindergarten, and now my son is attending. He loves his teachers and he also is already able to count to 10, knows his colors, and remembers some alphabet. I’m thankful for this center.

This place is so lucky I didn’t report them to CPS or the cops when I should’ve they are unorganized they do not watch the kids properly because my daughter came home with two bite marks on her back and I only noticed when I had to give her a bath when I brought her home from this daycare I then called and complained… The lady gave me no explanation and apologized and said she would look at the videos on the camera and when she saw the video she said that she called the parents of the kid that bit my daughter and that was it she didn’t even file a report. I forgot to mention this review this happened a while ago but I will never in my life recommend this place to anybody and if you love your kid choose somewhere else. They honestly don’t care about your kid. That’s quite funny that you want to respond and blame my kid for biting when that is not what happened when I called and complained about the two Bite marks on my daughter’s back Which I still have the picture of that looks severe really makes your day DAYCARE /So-called school horrible, trying to blame that my kid was biting others when I hopped on the phone and I asked that’s not the story I received, Trust me you don’t want me to post the picture on here exact date and time and when it actually occurred and to try and justify that my kid bit others and basically cover that she was severely bitten twice you must be out of your mind trying to cover up such a horrible place. I’ll never recommend anyone’s parents here. Go ahead keep lying miss owner.

I'm extremely pleased that my son and his wife choose this daycare center for my granddaughter. This daycare center takes safety and child development as their top priority and that gives me a piece of mind. The director is friendly and very professional. The business owner is very responsive to any concerns or questions with friendly attitudes. I highly recommend this center KKLC to any parent looking for a safe and clean environment for cognitive development of their little ones.
