Save yourself a problem. This place lacks structure accountability and ethics. Their staff are rude as hell and MS SHAY is a NASTY MISERABLE PERSON. How she is tasked with directing that place is exactly why it is run the way it is. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
The day that I found Above and Beyond Preschool was a blessing. We currently have and had our kids going there for over 6yrs now. Two of our kids are going there now and the oldest, 6yrs left from there to go to kindergarten. We feel very comfortable about the owner, and his staff. The owner will work with you and give you a grace period and does not pressure you about payments like the other daycares had done to me in the past. The staff are also so nice and caring with smiling faces and greetings. It's amazing how our kids warm up to them so fast. They are like a second family to us, and they have gotten to know us from the very first day when we brought our first son there. We also bring him there when his school is close for holidays and school breaks. I want to give Above and beyond the highest praise that I can in services, caring and customer services.
We were referred from another daycare center who couldn't handle certain behaviors. We have been here just about a year and a half, my grandsons are thriving and no more behavior issues. All of their teachers are kind, loving and attentive, my 3 year old makes sure to give each one a hug before he goes home. My 5 year old had a pre-K screening for kindergarten, the teacher said he knows more than other children his age, and that goes to the content and caring the teachers and staff provide. The director is straight forward and honest, a truly caring, loving human being, we all love her. The owner has replaced all outside playgrounds with state of the art equipment. I highly recommend this school
One of the worst Staff ever! Unfortunately I had both of my kids here and I miss some of the signs of abuse 😡 everyone there covers for each other. Don’t send your kids here. At first everyone is nice but later on they are horrific. My 17 month old at that time was injured there a cut in the side of his head. He was taking to PALMS WEST HOSPITAL got 8 STITCHES ON THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD AN TINA gave me the dumbest explanation. I regret so bad not making a police report at the time! Long story short I recently found out by an ex employee that one of the teachers there pushed my baby so hard that he hit a sharp metal and split his head. Tina covered for her and so did everyone else there. This employee said that DCF has been called many times there but Tina or front seat delete videos of kids being physically and verbally abused. HORRIFIC SCHOOL DON’T SEND YOUR BABIES HERE EVERYONE THERE IS DEMONIC. Because no ONE in the right mind would be part of any type of abuse against a defenseless Baby!
Above & Beyond, I couldn’t say it better myself. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. The facility is clean and has an amazing outdoor play area for the children to burn off all that excess energy. My boys come home with artwork, crafts and schoolwork that they are very proud to show off. I feel that Above And Beyond Pre School is an amazing center and such a large part of my children’s life and I am very grateful to have found them.
