Krayons Academy

We love Krayons! My daughter had never been to daycare so she had a tough time adjusting to school but Miss Karen, Mrs Jenn, Miss Stephanie, and Miss Mary Beth went above and beyond to ensure she was happy and adjusting. As a helicopter mom, I completely trusted the school with my daughter. We are so grateful for Miss Stephanie for helping our daughter bloom emotionally and educationally.

Well there is pros and cons, here our experience within a 3 month timeframe of attending the center. To my acknowledgement of the Staff- mrs stephaine and mrs autumn and another lady unsure of her name are awesome and caring and will communicate, loving and patient and polite and respectful. Now, Mrs karen is a rude, unkind, snobby and she seems very uncaring, innorgant and miserable person. As my 5yr old daughter says "she is loud and rude" The center always has a musty dirty smell when i go in there BUT i can tell you mrs stephaine is a very clean person and takes care of things more than she gets credit for. The children there are abusive and mouthy to my child and left marks on her and nothing gets done about it but i told my child to fight them back cause my child isnt a bully and i be damn if she will be bullied either. There has been few eposides my daughter was told she couldnt go to the bathroom due to the teacher discretion whether the children get to go to or not. Within this issue my daughter has peed herself 2 times and poop herself and had to stay in dirty clothes for atleast 1-3 hours with no phone call or allowing her to change her clothes whivh i sent in her "back up clothes bag" EVERYDAY cause their not allow to have anything but their blanket in their cubbies. But keep in mind my daughter never had any issues before coming here. Well i comforted this situation i had a meeting with mrs karen and mrs mary beth and basically i was told my child and myself were lying and they didnt feel the need for my child to go to the restroom cause some kids play around in the bathroom and its conquences to all the kids. Supposedly my child plays around in the bathroom which untrue cause my daughter is uncomfortable being in the bathroom too long. Basically they told me that they know my child better than myself and etc... And these situations never happened, because they are supposedly unaware of it. Umm ok hello.. I tried to scrub poop from undies myself. I even had my daughter come into the meeting and speak for herself and they still told my 5year old she is a liar and keep interrupting her and intimidating her. Umm i had put a stop to that real quick. Then just yesterday i had to park my car 4 cars down from front door and take her in class meanwhile as im inside the other cars had left, keep in mind i was in the building for maybe 2 minutes tops, and i had a new car so no one knew what i was driving that morning of arriving. But when entering the center mrs karen was in the office and was never outside. Then i go to my car and mrs karen is being verbally rude cause i guess other parents were honking cause the previous cars in front of me had left and i wasnt in my car to pull up. So she started running her mouth to other parents about me. She never came in and said "hey can you pull up" NOPE NEVER... So i told a parent sorry i was inside and explained to them when i arrived there were 4 cars ahead of me thats where i could stop amd park at. The parent was cool and didnt habe a problem then meanwhile as i apologizing to the parent mrs karen is running her mouth to me and being rude, keep in mind i had my 3 other kids in the car with me at that time. So i pulled to talk to her and there she was screaming at me. So i pulled out and turn back into the center and i got out and got my daughter from the class and went on with my day. I will not be disrespected nor so will my children She hasnt went back! .. Follow me cause i have to tell you about the other Krayon center (2)..
