I spent a big part of my childhood at this daycare, and it holds so many great memories for me.
After 3 months of my son being at this daycare we finally got a call saying he wasn’t transitioning well. It took 3 months for someone to call and explain that all he does is cry all day and they can’t soothe him. Which is alarming because on every slip to go home each day for 12weeks the teachers put that he is “happy & talkative” and that he eats and sleeps well. So were they lying this whole time for money ? Why wasn’t any concerns brought up during the teacher student meetings ? RED FLAG !!! After the call I pulled my son out the program immediately… not enough transparency for me
I am deeply concerned about the treatment children receive at this daycare. My niece's experience was distressing, and no child should have to go through such trauma. Parents should consider alternative options for their children's care.
The lack of professionalism and integrity here is truly shocking. To handle children and parents with so much disrespect and lack of care is truly disgusting. To have cameras that only show in real time with no recording or playback feature is unheard of and unacceptable at a childcare facility where anything can happen. Children coming home with marks on their body with no explanation from any staff member was truly the last straw.
It’s pretty unheard of for a daycare to not have active recording cameras & the ability to playback recordings. Active, recording cameras help to ensure the safety of not only the children but the staff as well, so hopefully this gets resolved sooner rather than later.
