Kountry Kids Day Care

This daycare is the most poorly run facility in the tri state area. I told them of my son’s special needs, they assured me over and over again that they could meet those needs and “you’d be surprised” at how quickly kids follow others. After one day we went to pick my son up. The toddler teacher (Brandi) was screaming so loud about how he “broke her”. He was 2 and it was his first daycare experience. He cried. No violence of any sort. Kountry Kids would only allow us to drop him off for 2 hours in the morning. From 8 am to 10am while he got adjusted. After two weeks, we were told he was getting better and we insisted he stay at least till noon. At which point, the owner came and told me they “weren’t fit for my son’s needs”. How long were you going to charge us full days for 2 hours of daycare? Scam artists and the toddler teacher yelling in the room in front of 16 other kids only upset the whole room. We should have left after day 1

I highly recommend this daycare! My kids love to go everyday. They do many crafts and activities, really engaging with the kids. They give you daily report sheets on what your kid eats, when they nap, and potty training updates! Great communication and work with you on anything you need.

The current staff are very accommodating for each and every child and very empathetic and educated.

I am a kid who goes to this daycare, and most the staff are nice, the interior of the place is cool looking with the painted walls, we have a huge gym, a playground, and in my room (maybe the others) there is a tv and when it's baptize (not for schoolagers we have quiet time) we all settle down and watch a movie.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The owner is not friendly to the staff or customers.
