My kind of people. I think this daycare is exceptional. After the first day, everyone we interacted with had already learned our son‘s name. That says a lot considering there’s a lot of Kiddos here. The owner, Teresa has been nothing but amazing to my family, My son happily goes in her arms every morning! We came straight to KKL after a horrible experience at another daycare in Azle and Teresa took My son, right in. We will be staying with this daycare until he’s old enough to not need care anymore.
Will not be returning. Lady working with my kids ( long dark hair, fairly skinny, and green eyes) was very disrespectful and needs to be reevaluated on her work ethics around kids. My child tells me she was on her phone when she needed help with a personal matter. She ignored her until she was done on the phone. I have contacted this facility and they have yet to reach back out for a resolution. Very dissatisfied with service
I have my 4 grandchildren at Kountry Kare and we absolutely love it. Everyone truly acts like they want to be there and loves the kids. They come home clean and well taken care of. I love that they learn and have fun. Mr. Travis has a "work with the child attitude" that I have not seen very often. I know my kids are not the easiest to handle but he has a way of meeting them where they are and I know he is impacting their lives positively.
Highly recommend Kountry Kare. My boys love it, they are the best, most attentive, caring people. Teresa and James are the owners and are very involved and care about the kids. All the teachers are amazing! They are selective on who they hire and staff may change but it’s because they don’t just want a body there, they want staff who cares about your children like their own! It’s a very family run center and they communicate everything with me. I never have to worry. Peace of mind knowing my kids are well cared for while I am at work. They do before and after school care and bus the kids to Azle schools. Big on eating healthy meals and teaching the kids good habits. Clean facility, teach kids about hygiene, social skills and more! Can’t rave about them enough! I thought about moving out of Azle and literally one of the reasons I haven’t is not knowing if I’ll find a place like them anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!
Would recommend this daycare 10/10. They understand that all children are not the same and they take time to individually accommodate those with extra needs. All the staff that I have encountered have been so kind and personable. This is hands down the best daycare that Azle has. It was the best decision for my family. I am no longer overwhelmed with anxiety when I drop off my babies. I know when I leave my kids with Kountry Kare all of their needs are being met.
