New owner is terrible. Poor staffing. They never have any spots available and the ones they do have are saved for staff members kids or kids from out of the school district. Communication is pretty much nonexistent. You get put on a waitlist for the summer starting in February and by the last week of school you still don’t hear from them leaving your scrambling to find childcare.
Terrible owner. Unprofessional, understaffed, lots of ignored bullying, and sexual misconduct from some of the older kids that is overlooked.
The worst owner. They barely have any staff. Do not waste your money on them.
