We've attended both West Bend districts locations and have had some challenging experiences. Wanda is extremely difficult to work with when presenting concerns regarding children's safety and frustrations as a parent. From our experience, staff provide the bare minimum as well as most don't seem to even be happy when with the kids. The 1st point of contact sets the tone for the childrens day, but some staff didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this program.
The owner Wanda is terrible. I had my first interaction with her after a year and some months of my son attending and she was a piece of work. No care at all about the kids. You can tell she defends the actions of her staff and she will kick a child out of a parent shows concerns. She told me she kicked a child out because he had accidents/wet himself and she didn’t tolerate that. I don’t think she is educated on child development and if she did she slept through the classes. She put my son down and said no one liked him and he had no friends. Who says that to a mother? My son was bullied verbally and physically daily. Any parent would speak on this, but once they do weirdo Wanda will kick them out. I have filed a complaint as I have asked her for incident reports and all documentation in regards to the claims she has made against my son. I have yet to receive.
Wanda is by far the most pettiest, disgusting person I have ever met. She is a terrible business owner and doesn’t care one bit about the kids or staff(except her favorite). If you take one thing from this, please please DO NOT send your child here!!!
