Absolutely horrible run don’t walk. The turnover rate for teachers are ridiculous. Your kids will never get to build that relationship or trust due to teachers constantly in and out. Almost none of my needs were met. There’s absolutely no structure, constant broken promises that things would be better. My child almost always comes home every day with different bumps bruises and scratches never was I notified. My child is potty, trained, and almost every day she had an accident on herself. I had such high hopes due to a referral, but at a different location, and I thought with it being the same franchise that it would be the same all across the board, but boy was I wrong. Update: it’s sad that I’m back here on this post 10/11/2025 but my child stopped attending this daycare 9/5/2025 and I’m still being billed even tho my child no longer attend I’ve reached out an brought it to the director and she has refused to fix this matter. I was told I didn’t give a two week notice but I didn’t intend for my child to be abused or neglected I had to take action immediately and when I told them it was her last day and it needed for the two week notice I could have still given it but I was not told this until after but this wasn’t brought to my attention until after I was questioning why I was still being billed Update: Sadly I’m back again on 10/20/2025 I’m still being billed I’ve reached out to Meagan the director again this time with no response.
Well I will start off by saying it’s a very unprofessional place to the way the teachers complain about being there and about certain kids being in their room and how they talk to the kids teachers kicking kids on the back of the butt that was army crawling because she was in the way of the door closing . Teacher came to me as today was supposed to my first day saying. She couldn’t get my child to sleep and she didn’t even try she said can u do it on top of that there’s no cameras and the teachers are on their phones and have their backs towards the kids . This is a very unprofessional place and today was supposed to be my first day but when I witnessed how teachers treated the kids and the unprofessionalism of the teachers and staff and the attitude of teachers I grabbed my child and left highly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a job or childcare.
I absolutely love this daycare ! I am a first time mother so of course I was very nervous however everyone goes above and beyond for my son. Each & every morning we’re greeted as well as when we’re leaving. I love that they are teaching him , have fun / lil activities such as pajama day, and outside time. My son only had shorts in his bag one day had gotten dirty, and Shayla one of the team members gave my son her son shirt. Keiara and CJ always looking out for Zamir feeding him (he eats a lot) and just being there. Megan the overall director, once again just always looking out for both me and my son making sure payments align, and keep me in the loop. Sierra his teacher making sure he is clean and good for the day. Overall, I would recommend this daycare everyone is very helpful, nice , and has a great diversity.
KinderCare has been great for my son. They have a great curriculum and he has been learning alot. He love’s his teacher’s Mrs. Candace and CJ! They make him feel really comfortable and are genuine people.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I had my daughter here for 3 months and everyday she would come home with a new bruise and they all covered her body. At first we thought it might be accidental but She kept getting bit by other children, I’ve walked in to pick her up early and the teachers are screaming at the children. I marked the diapers every morning for the last month of her being enrolled because every time we picked her up she had full diaper. and there were multiple occasion where my wife or I picked her up in the same one from that morning. I had to remove my daughter because they are clearly neglecting the children.
