Knowledge Beginnings - Research Park

My grandchildren have been coming to this center for years and I have ZERO complaints! The staff are all friendly, always supervising the children, and my grandchildren have learned so much! The review below me is wild to me…kids have boogers, it’s normal! Kids also can be clumsy and fall down! The teachers always contact my daughter if something happens to one of the kids and they are amazing with communication.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this daycare. My child was seriously injured while in their care, and I was never contacted or informed until much later. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning for any parent trusting others with their child’s safety. Beyond this incident, I consistently observed children with mucus running down their noses, appearing poorly maintained, and crying for long periods without comfort. Staff members were frequently on their phones instead of actively supervising or engaging with the children. Proper supervision, hygiene, and communication are basic expectations in childcare, and this facility failed in all three. I would strongly caution other parents to thoroughly research and consider these issues before enrolling their child here.

Knowledge Beginnings is a wonderful place for your child. We were hesitant sending our young daughter anywhere. We looked around at various places in the area, and ultimately felt that Knowledge Beginnings was the cleanest and safest environment. It would also allow us to ease her into daycare, starting with 3 days a week before transitioning to the full 5. There was a waitlist, but we felt the waiting was worth it. What we didn't anticipate at the time was how sending our child to daycare would be so much better than playing with them at home (while trying to work at the same time). The love and kindness from the center staff paired with different daily activities and interactions with other children makes for a great place for our daughter (and so much less stress for us). On top of that, the frequent pictures and status updates let us feel connected to our daughter even while we're busy at work. I don't love push notifications, but I gladly turned them on for the app to see pictures of her playing and eating and having fun with friends. The pictures are very cute (and I'm not just saying that because it's my own daughter)! I love how my daughter gets to school and starts smiling and waving, excited for a new day. That makes everything worth it.

Been taken my kids to Knowledge Beginning since my son was 6 months old he's 7 now. This is my 3rd knowledge beginning branch i have taken them to and I will say this is by far the best one. The teachers are soo friendly and Caring. Erin the director is always available with lovely face to answer any questions and help in any way she can. Drop my children each morning with ease because I know they are safe and well taken care of.

My son loves going to knowledge beginnings North. The teachers are caring, patient and make learning fun. The environment is safe, clean and welcoming. I am so happy with the progress he has made and highly recommend this daycare.
