What Parents Say
Knowledge Beginnings receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents, with praise for attentive staff, individualized care, inclusive environment, and child development across cognitive, social, and emotional domains. However, one detailed negative review alleges serious concerns regarding discrimination against children with disabilities, lack of staff training, refusal of external support, and inappropriate handling of children.
Our daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 9months. She’s now in toddlers with Miss Ellie and Miss Megan. Thank you for nurturing our child's curiosity and love for learning. You are more than just teachers for Ari. You’re are mentors and role models. We appreciate all that you do. In you, we've found teachers who truly understands and cares for our child. She loves her teachers! Every morning she wants to go to Miss Ellie and Miss Megan. Am glad I found this daycare because it embraces diversity and promotes an inclusive environment where children from different backgrounds and abilities feel welcome and valued. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.
My Son has been going to this daycare since he was 6 months. We are very happy with the overall growth our son, may it be cognitive, social and emotional. This daycare has best teachers! They are very attentive and provide 1:1 care for every child. I never had to worry about my child and know he is in the best hands. The daycare has good programs to keep your child busy with learning. He is currently in Toddler B class. Ms. Val and Ms. Kaylee are the best. They love our child get from these teachers is very much appreciated 💐 He loves his teachers and loves his friends there too. Thank you Knowledge Beginnings for everything!
This child care center is wonderful. They have been more then accommodating for my son and our family’s particular needs. They’ve taken a huge active role in his life and help keep him up in spirits, as well as progressing cognitively and emotionally. They treat my son as if he is one of their own and it shows by how well he has progressed there and how happy he is when he is picked up from school. I would 10/10 recommend this center to any other family searching. They’re prompt in responding, the app is wonderful and actively updated, and they help resolve any issues at hand, quickly and fairly with the child’s best interest at heart.
My almost 1 year old has been going to Knowledge Beginnings since he was 3 months old. I was an absolute wreck at first, but they take such good care of him. He loves his teachers and the other kids. I was a little nervous about returning post-pandemic, but they’re doing a great job. Every morning, I drop him off and he’s happy and ready to go! I get updates on the app with pictures through the day so I can see what the babies are up to. Definitely would recommend!
This is the worst daycare on the planet. They discriminate illegally against children with disabilities, not only including mine. They refuse to improve or learn new support methods and tools. They refuse government agencies like the MSPCC to come in And support their staff. They put all the work on children yet refuse to change anything themselves. The director has no idea what she is doing. Simple things like visual schedule couldn’t even be implemented. Paraprofessional were not allowed to come in and observe. Medical professionals told me this is a “daycare issue, not the child’s”. They did not ask for release’s when medical Professionals did enter the classroom. Highly illegal and UNQUALIFIED! Be ware. This is not a conducive environment for learning in any capacity. Children where dragged by their clothing in front of medical professional. When a child advocates for themselves they will be ignored. Even when given a budget to train staff and support staff the director denied services. Shame on her. The regional director stated they have psychologists and therapists that I never once had access too or heard from in the years plus that my child attended. When this was all bright to their attention. They dropped my child because I was advocating for him. Shane on this business, business model, and the directors. They should not be in the business of caring for children and be so unwilling to further education and accommodate children with disabilities. Be aware! Don’t let this happen to your child. I witness the same behavior with other children that had no diagnosis’ as well. So So sad
