Everytime I call there is no receptionist to answer the phones, it goes to directory which is all wrong. The people there are rude, I could walk around all day with not one person asking if I need any help. And when I do finally get to where I need to be to talk to whoever it is that I need to talk to...everyone seems to always be out on vacation or out to lunch...
