This place is amazing!!! The way they love my son is so unreal. In the event I forget to pack something of his its like he doesn't miss a beat, they take care of it. They have taught by son to pray before he eats, sing abc's and count to 10 and he's not even 2 yet. I am very pleased and encourage you to check them out if you are seeking childcare. The fact that my son actually reaches for every staff member there while he's in my arms is a great sign that he loves them and he is loved.

My daughter begin this program for before and after care last week. She loves it! She willingly gets up in the morning to get there early enough for breakfast and does not want to leave in the evening! She even speaks highly of all of the staff, reporting they treat her really nice and make her feel like they really care. This means a lot to me because she is happy!

They are amazing! They gave excellent care to my newborn and made me comfortable knowing he was being taking care of by caring teachers. I highly recommend them. If we move back to Virginia, we definitely will re-enroll him at Kings Kids.

very unprofessional!!!...My child was there for about 2 months and I took them out because I was not pleased with their services at all. The communication with the staff amongst one another is very poor. I found myself repeating myself over and over about what my child liked and disliked. It was like no one was listening or cared. They have entirely too many kids to me and not enough staff that pay close attention to what's going on with the kids. They are very nice people but not experienced enough in my opinion. They are very affordable but it's not worth taking the cheap route when it comes to kids. They even let one of my family members pick him up without checking their ID. Not an educational place for toddlers more like a babysitting setting

My son went for one for day and won't be back. Parents aren't allowed to go into where the kids are due to an incident tgat occurred there. Thankfully, she broke that rule. My son did not want to stay but I chalked it up to it being a new place. I thought that if I walked him back to where the kids were he'd be ok. When he sees other kids he always wants to play. That wasn't the case yesterday. I was so focused on him at the moment that I wasn't thinking about everything else until I got to work. I walked him back to where the 2 and 3 year olds were. There was nobody in there with the kids. Me and the lady that answered the door were in there for about 5 minutes before the first lady came back in and a few minutes later the other one came in. There was a little girl crying her eyes out when I walked in. No one including the lady that I was with made any effort to see why she was crying or to console her. It wasn't yntil the second lady came in that anyine even tried to make my son feel better about being there. She gave him some cereal and picked him up. I called to check on him when I got to work and the lady said he was fine and calmed right down. When I called back in my lunch break, the other lady said he had a rough morning. When I picked him up, I told the director what happened and that he would not be returning. The lady took him back with her to get his belongings because he wouldn't let her take his backpack. When they approached the kids area he started crying. As soon as I opened my car door to put him in his seat, he said "She hit me. She don't leave me alone." I don't know for sure if he was talking about an adult or a child but I felt it in my heart that it was an adult by the way he was responding to them and how he waited until we got to the car to tell me. Being that his speech isn't clear and I know kids get confused when you question them, I didn't go back in because I know me. After this happened I've heard a few other stories that if I had heard previously, I would have never taken him there.
