Kings County Hospital Evr Day Care Program

The care from the night nurses was amazing. The day nurses??… not so much. Idk how many times I pressed the call button but no one ever came. The pediatric er room I was in was definitely not cleaned. Im glad I didnt have to lay my child on the bed in there. And the next morning I received breakfast & im glad I checked the yogurt because it was wayyy past expiration. Imagine if I gave that to my 4 month old. He would've been in there an extra night smh. I just want to give a shout out to Arianna though on the pediatric floor she was AMAZING. She made sure my son was well taken care of and checked in on us frequently.

I have been visiting kings county hospital for the pass three years. As a matter of fact my care team is at kings county hospital. I found the entire staff to be professional and committed to patient care. The check-in process is always smooth. Once I registered things improved. The nurses and medical team were attentive, respectful and knowledgeable, and made sure I understand what was happening during my visit. I appreciated their patience, quick response and compassion. The facility was clean, organized and a bit crowded which is expected for a large hospital. One area that can use some improvement is the waiting time and follow up visit time periods, as it took longer than I expected to meet a doctor. However I understand that the hospital serves a large community and handles many cases at once. Overall, my experience at kings county hospital was positive and I really appreciate the care that I received and still receiving. My health has improved tremendously and I wish to say a big thank you to the management and staff of the kings county hospital.

I took my Sister to the emergency room, and she was seen and admitted. The staff was very helpful and caring. I thank them so much for caring for my Sister while she was there, may the Lord continue to bless and guide them as they care for the sick. Kings County Hospital has a great caring staff.

Staff is a delight to work with. Everyone has a cheerful attitude. It is clean. I bought both of my children here for major dental work. My mind was at peace. The doctors are very helpful, respectful and care for your love ones, & support to ensure they are safe. They take time to explain all procedures. You not in the dark here. They help you. If you have a appointment things run much smoother. If they are back up they let you know. That's wonderful communication.

The NP i saw was fine but we had specifically requested the doctor we had since i am trans and an anxious patient. Both me and my partner requested multiple times for her to come in with me and the NP denied it. Even one of the nurses was happy to bring my partner back and when she got to the door the NP spoke for me and said “look shes fine.” I didnt feel fine and those are not my pronouns. Im very happy i did not come back.
