Kindercity is an outstanding daycare center. The staff are caring, professional, and truly understand children's needs. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with fun, educational activities. My child loves going every day and has shown great progress socially and developmentally. Communication with parents is excellent. I feel confident and grateful knowing my child is in such good hands.

Attention Parents Please Be Advised 🙏 This daycare is the worst ever, my grandson was assaulted by the daycare director Ms Kk and Ms Cira, my grandson was dragged from one room to another and dropped to the floor, slapped and was held down on the floor with her knee on his chest and then threatened if he spoke that she would hurt him. My grandson said other kids have also been hit there but the parents are unaware. We definitely called police and reported this daycare no children should be in their care as they think it’s okay to hit children that don’t belong to them, please remove your kids from these very evil people who have no humanity for children. We did attempt to speak to them because they have cameras but they refused to show us the footage and they refused to identify their full names. That’s when we decided to call police. Please 🙏 we love our children ♥️ don’t take your kids to KinderCity

I personally experience this day care the staff is soo good they always know how to treat with kids they have safe environment for kids they also serve healthy food

0 stars. Do not send your kids here. My 5 year old was being bullied by an older kid at this facility. When I informed the management about the issue, they said they were going to do something about it. What they thought was a great idea was to separate my kid from all of the boys and make him sit with the girls. My kid told me to please not to bring him here and said “mommy I’m not a girl”. They do not know how to handle situations like this. As parents, we need to listen to our kids and put their safety first. We work and we are busy but we need to remember there are kids who commit suicide daily as shown on the news due to them being bullied. Kinder City needs to take this serious matter into consideration and make sure children do not bully others.

I give Kindercity 5 stars. My kids have attended this daycare for 4 years now. The daycare provides transportation services to and from school….Nutrition meals throughout the day. My youngest son is non-verbal and this is one of the few daycares that support kids like him in Westchase. The Supervisors and caregiver team is amazing.
