My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months she is now 1. The experience has been nothing but amazing. They love her and she loves them. The staff stays on top of what she’s learning at home and keeps it going while with them even teaching her more and stuff we haven’t started yet. I love that I get daily updates and pictures throughout the day. Everyone is so kind and caring and very attentive when it comes to her and also when it comes to keeping me informed.

KindCare is Absolutely Amazing! My daughter has made incredible progress thanks to the caring team at KindCare. Every time she’s upset at drop-off, the staff immediately attend to her like she’s their own child, which means the world to me. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and personalized attention have created such a supportive environment where she feels safe and encouraged. I’m beyond grateful for everything KindCare has done for our family and am so happy to be part of the amazing family at KinderCare! Carly, the director, has made an amazing impact on everything here at KinderCare and has completely turned this place around for the better!

We have been with KinderCare East Pittsburgh going on 4 years. Yes this particular site has had many changes/obstacles/area of opportunities with maintaining proper staffing so that it doesn't impact ratio and when it does imapact ratio it results in classroom closings. These closings are/were HUGE inconveniences to us parents . I gave a five star rating because the staff that is consistently present have postively impacted the growth of my daughter who is currently 4yrs old. I believe they generally care about the children and typically have their best professional foot forward. The current director has done a tremendous job with turning the center around in a short amount of time & I applaud her efforts & successes. Ive continued to stick by this facility because finding a safe location that fosters learning progression can be difficult & my daughter likes it here. 🙂

Our children started attending daycare for the first time in March of 2024. We have felt welcomed and reassured that our child would be in excellent hands at East Pittsburgh Kindercare. The staff is friendly, attentive, and seems to genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. While both our children are transitioning out of and into different classrooms, it is clear that the center directors and their teachers know them well. Our daughter, in particular, lights up when she sees her favorite teachers. The facility is clean, safe, and equipped with a variety of engaging and educational toys and activities. They are even learning some Spanish, which is really important to us as a family. The communication from the daycare is great. We receive regular updates on both our children's progress, daily activities, and any important notices. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. The center has its ups and downs with turnover and sicknesses, like any other daycare or workplace, but they do their best to keep us informed and take care of our children. As a mom, it is very difficult to leave our children with others for sometimes 10+ hours. We recommend East Pittsburgh Kindercare to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their child. Thank you for providing such a positive and enriching experience for our family!
